tuckerndfw .....

Your still at this?

I may have to eat some crow here ...

After reading your clarification, I stand corrected and get your point.

I struggle with your "child has mixed feelings" theory .. this is pure speculation at best .. you cant possibly know the outcome of such a traumatic event in a childs life ... an event like this has absolutely destroyed a little person inside because of the violence itself.

But I can say that your litigation position is right on ... another avenue for liars (lawyers) to make money .. and feed the laughable judicial system.

My birth mother said that same *I don''t care what ye think* tough *. She WAS raised that way. I have no resect for that mindset. Yer don''t want to see the dirty truth. I stood up to plate and no person will violate me years ago. No child is safe. I never made up things. I was raised to tell the truth. There are hard asre cops that abuse their jobs and are bullies , They see what they want to see and believe and frackly are not fit. I am nobody''s victim years ago. I have freedom to speak from their side and I know. I did not watch TV. Dad taught us right from wrong, That he did and tell the truth. He would not allow any of us to lie. I know What abuse I went thru in them foster homes. I KNOW IT TAKES A STRONG PERSON TO STAND UP TO THIS. For years I cried my self to sleep and scared. We are brave, and have to bear that stain man put there. If we stand up tell our side we are dirty and shamed for it..Modeb day whitch hunt..

Tucker I stopped being a victim many years ago. As to who has their head more straight, you or me, I''ll leave that for the others to decide. I just know that with people like you out there, our children are not safe. Christ said you will know them by their works. As for me, I''m signing off to go something more constructive than reading your drivel. As for most of the rest of you, thank you and may God bless you.

Your lack of respect for others and their testimony renders you null and void in my book, Sir.

Have a great life. Thank God I don''t have to live in your mind!

I said they have memories, Sir. And that they will remember what happened to them. No they do not have the ability stand up and say "Hey! Don''t do that!"

I have never heard such hogwarsh in my life about being taught that your genitals are evil! Were you? Maybe that''s why you can have such a diluted opinion about what''s right and what''s wrong!

Eventually that child is going to know what happened to them was perversion! And even if they don''t speak of it to another soul, they are still going to KNOW! Many, many don''t! That doesn''t mean that the person who commited the act of pervision holds no responsibility for what they did. And if they are caught doing it, they should certainly have more than a slap on the hand for doing it!

The point is the child is INNOCENT of such knowledge, but the adult isn''t!!!! Don''t you get that?

Yer blame the ladies..I put the blame on men. That cop yer can''t win with him. Men see a female and they go crazy. Acting like an asre. It was not the ladies movement in the 70s and yer know it. A cop out. This is a dirty secret of men to get off the hook. Years ago children were sexually abused and if we talk about it all hell broke loose. I told my abuser years ago* yer sick.* I meant it.Years ago women had to take the abuse even when she went to report it, The man was the problem..His bloody selfish and the hell with the female. That bible as well don''t help women..It was men that told teachers years ago to not teach girls they will marry, breed and that is it. Bull. I was 19,I told foster mother that *yer not forcing me to wear that dress just ye think is right for us ladies.*.I told her* yer can''t orde mm to wear just cause men want me in it.* I stood up to her. That dress is sexxist in the way it is used. I wore a dress at my high scool grad. Men they want it their way. It don''t work that way. There are good men out there. No body has the right violate.

Crossroads it is good that you have a good husband who is understanding and supportive of you. The trauma that you endured should never occur to anyone at any age. It is good to hear that you have overcome the trauma through the grace of God and friends.

Tucker you are the reason I don''t waste my money on therapists. I''ll trust my pastor and God. I have moved on. I learned to live with it and forgive my father. I didn''t wind up as a drug addict or alcoholic. I didn''t become promiscuous, or a ***. My husband can attest I''m not a prude either. I''ve been one of the lucky ones thru God''s grace. I''m not whining about my childhood. I try to use my life experiences to help others. Oh, and it''s anxiety attacks and depression I suffer from, not schizophrenia and paranoid delusions, which are from chemical imbalances agravated by stress and 2 surgeries in the past 7 months. I don''t even believe you are a therapist because you haved proved to most everyone here you don''t know what you are talking about. You are not worth talking to.

This has nothing to do with "liberal" the word itself is being used to freely for anyone that is not a republican. This crime has to do with deviant behavior which has been around longer than any political party or idealism. Few people would condone it and those are generally the ones who practice it, the majority of the civilized world rejects this behaviour. Forcing oneself upon another physically is a affront to society along with a invasion of ones personal rights which are universal. These deviants that do so are beyond help and should at minimium receive life sentences.

I have worked with rape victims and shoplifters. To equate the acts as equal is ill-informed. A rape victim can suffer serious emotional and physical trauma. It can lead to life altering changes and depression. It''s not a petty crime and, when perpetrated on children, is even worst. The death penalty for child rape is appropriate. The criminal didn''t care about the effects of his act on the child and deserves the harshest punishment.

I tend to agree. Cops have seen the worst atrocities, one that trivializes acts of perversion could not possibly last a week on a police force.

btdt, know better...

"Claiming young children are traumatized by sexual assaults (absent physical injury or some other form of trauma inducing behavior) is pure nonsense. Cannot possibly happen"

Children have memories, some much more enhanced than others, especially in traumatic situations. And even if they are not taught as babies that sexual acts between themselves and adults is not perversion, they can remember those acts the rest of their lives.

Your statement that it cannot happen is just your opinion and has no basis in fact.

I don''t think that RAPE deserves a death penalty. It is cruel to kill a man for rape. What they should do is make sure he will never rape again by removing the offending body parts that make rape possible, the *** and testicles, just surgically remove them, then you would never have to worry about the pervert raping a little child or anyone else. That is the answer, not killing them, just permanently make it impossible to commit the heinous deed.

In the Texas penal code, simple assault and sexual assault are 2 different animals (I looked). It''s often plea bargained to simple asssault to avoid traumatizing the child any further. And the law enforcment I am know with consider child rapists the lowest of the low. So do most of the prison population. That''s why they often have to segregate them from the general population. Most pedophiles will reoffend and get more brutal with time. I would settle for a life sentence since that is what my father gave me, but some bleeding heart liberal would claim him cured and release him/her and they would reoffend. Happens all the time now. I do not believe tucker was ever in any kind of law enforcement. He wouldn''t have passed the psych test. If he took psych classes in college, it was just to learn how he could get what he wanted. And if CBS cared, they would turn him in to the FBI because no matter where he lives, federal charges could be prefered. People who advocate that trash, will eventually do it if they aren''t already.

Since Tucker is obviously a pedophile, there is no sense in talking to him. But I want to clarify some things for the benefit of others. I was molested by my father. Fortunately it stopped short of penetration although he was working in that direction by the time my parents were divorced when I was 9 & my brothers & were visiting him. I told my mom I didn''t want to visit him anymore. Rape is not about ***, it is about power. Molesters use all sorts of mind games to get what they want from the child to include threats. And of course we are supposed to trust the adults that are in charge of us. It DID happen to me. And I get angry at those who lie about assaults because it makes it harder for those who did suffer to be believed. Back in the 50''s and 60''s no one believed that stuff happened. I did tell a school counselor I was 12, but that was back before they were required to report that stuff. I lived in Ohio, he lived in Florida.

That is total nonsense.

Children have to be taught sexual perversions, they are not born with contemmpt for genitals. That has to be taught.

******

oh yeah i understand that..THAT IS WHERE LIBERAL HOLLYWOOD COMES IN..TEACHING SOCIETY PERVERSION..

at any rate..we are not talking about ''gently touching'' here WE ARE TALKING ABOUT FORCING S EX ON A CHILD...do you understand that???!!!you might be able to handle it as an adult but as a child, A MAN (I would not be suprised if you are a pedophile) forcing yourself pshycologically and phusically on a child..a child mind you who DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING..that RESULTS IN BODILY DAMAGE..would be carried over to adulthood..
