I met my friend 25 years ago. He gave me more than anyone. My freedom to see the life as it is. I was told as a child I never see homeless people. Be no hate BUT my friend wanted me learn the truth . We lived lies that were taught. I was poorly schooled.
Them rapists yer can castrate them . My room mate grew up hearing legal things he comes from a family of lawyers. His Aunt is well known. My Dad use this line *BELIVE WHAT YER WANT*. I raised to tell the truth .

I am Maine born held back, dumped told what I wrote and worse. I was told I was not allowed as a girl touch tools and what foster mother/teacher deemed boys''s things. It was girls things which I hated. at 45 told I was not allowed to use a computer as the men said it is for for female. Yer may not agree. I wished to this day that abused never happened. It did. I was told the hare ware store for guys only. I was 24 and scard to go to the hare ware store due to the up bringing. I have seen black children beated in the 70s. I have seen a mother abuse her daughter and that child beg me to take her. I COULD NOT THE BLOODY LAW. I have seen christians abuse the handicapped. Right in front of me in America. Children are abused every day. Little GIRLS are valued only as sexx items. I am 53, I had to fight just learn. The 50s and 60s were pro male. I was treated as 2rd class citizen.

I don''t believe in the death penalty for rape. Statistics show that rehab usually doesn''t work for pedophiles...surgical removal of the male organs (pe.nis, testicles and prostate) followed by estrogen injections might be effective for a repeat offender.

pt.3 Men were the ones that did the whitch hunts in 1600s in MA. The bloody puritan male. Oh yes. They who were hanged and yes burned alived..They were persons with health issues. Not whitches. The blind,epileptic..The disabled..That whitch hunt stills goes on. Therefore as a woman I thank the women''s movement ,those ladies that stood up for our rights. Years ago we were taught differently than our male peers. They got the best of every thing. They did not teach me.
I don''t believe ladies should be chained to a man,to a shove, forced to breed, and not be loose with herself. I may not be book smart but surely we have a bully. I had a dress code much sticker than my peers. It was not broken. My skirt was below my knee..My peers way above the knee. Somes girls will egg a guy on by her body movement and or half naked clothes. I never dressed for men but for me. I never married never had kids. I have meant wanna bes.Men abused girls and when it is brought to their attn they try to worm out of it, yellow belly . The cops they are preditors. They bust cops, yer better believe it. I was taught yer learn the socal graces but I will not allow others to ealk all over me.

Unless my first aid 101 memory is faulty, "invasive procedures" generally require penetrating the skin. Rape does not penetrate the skin.

Tucker...some of your comments I agree with but this article is about rape of a CHILD...so therefore skin is ripped and torn and bleeding occurs. I still doubt that if you were forcibly sodomized you would think a fine and a little jail time was a just punishment for the crime committed against you.

pt.2 The ladies movement has a history that dates way back. In America there have alway been the womens/ladies movement. So for men to blame us ladies for the ills is bs. I have always hated the way females were/are treated. In my day more so. Girls were grooomed for one thing marriage and babies.. Ye know the Victorian school of thinking right to the 60s. A girl was tauught her place the home. This one said no. I meant it Them puritans..I was not raised in the church thank God. It is men that if they could they could we be an item of his, So sorry. It pisses them they can''t own us. They got no business treating as sexual items. For my safety and well being I have told a man to take a hike. It is man that cause the problems by forcing his will.

First let me say that Michelle is crazy as a loon and you can''t believe a thing she says. Secondly, Most men are animals and would rape in a minute if they thought they could get away with it. And I still think the remedy for rapist is to castrate them in a permanent way and turn them loose, and know that they will never rape again.

And Tucker, what is happening in America is happening in the whole western world ALL at the same time.. The lefts agenda is the same world wide, just look up the Fabian society, sounds good but.
They have brought in so many of these things here in OZ that it isn''t funny, freedom of speech, but at the same time we cant say certain things??? discrimination which now means that the majority are discriminated against??? our rights which now means that most of us have had our rights taken away from us, and even though disease is rife amongst *** they want to allow gay marriages so now I can marry two men eh, well why not as perhaps I would be loving two men, isn''t that the excuse that homosexuals use.. they have brought in abortion on demand, *** in schools, religions other than Christianity, poker machines, the left goes very easy on pedophiles.
I know the same has happened in every western country when the left get into government..
We are told by the left here in OZ that they look after the people, and that the Right don''t care about the people that the right are all for business, but my common sense tells me that if we help business to keep going then the people are kept working thus the government who helps business is in fact helping the workers..
Our Beattie Government here in Queensland even made it legal for its members to lie to State Parliament and its committees

Tucker, you said....
As a society, we harm children far more by telling them they are victims than any benefit we provide. They are real victims, but they do not need to be told they are victims. And, it''s nearly impossible to hide the fact they are victims.
You are so right... and how do we put these animals away without letting the child be harmed mentally anymore..
You said that Rape, as currently defined is a trivial offense.
Well, it is about time that people woke up, there are girls who go out to bait men and then there is men who go out to rape women..
I know that for a genuine rape case that it takes a strong woman to be able to over come the mental torment of being TRUTHFULLY raped, but I do agree with you Tucker that like ADD it has become a new psychiatric complaint and one wonders just how many are for real, and that is not taking away from the many genuine people out there who are really destroyed by some scum forcing themselves on them .. I have been raped and have lived to live with it.. I do not now allow it to destroy my life..I want to live and be happy and I was determined to not let that animal destroy my life and my happy disposition.

tuckerndfw, you say....
Feminists have been the driving force behind the "I''m a victim" movement..
Tucker, although I don''t like the feminist movement, the are not the main offenders, I blame this psychology rot that has come about in the last 30 years, most of the people who began this movement were themselves raving queers..
I do agree that where possible that when a child has been molested that it is best to try to keep it as low key as possible for the child''s sake. If we could take the scum out and quietly shoot him then so be it, but the child has to be protected from making this into a more horrific experience as possible.. however in having said that it is mostly not possible, evidence has to be said in court etc and all this drives home to the child that he/she has a massive problem..
We seem to be in a time when a child is not protected anymore, both mentally and physically..

tuckerndfw, here in Australia teachers are responsible for reporting anything which is suspicious with the children... and I totally agree with you that they aren''t paid to be parents or psychiatrists, but as more and more parents give over their upbringing to the educators they are expected to so all sorts of things. I don''t even believe that it is the schools place to teach them *** education.

You said..Society seems to think everyone EXCEPT the parents are responsible for children.
Exactly, you are dead right, and *** education has been the responsibility of teachers here in OZ for over 20 years now, and if you had heard what I have heard being taught you would turn blue..

Then you said...Which is a direct result of the feminist movement.
I dont know if that is the case, but even though I am a woman I am dead angry about the feminist movement, I like being treated with respect and having the door opened for me, even though I am quite capable of doing it myself, and I also love being looked after and looking after.. all goes with loving each other and simple respect eh ..

Michelle, Men did not teach just the boys because they were being nasty, they thought that as the men were the ones who worked and protected their wives and children that it was important for them to get an education and as most parents couldn''t afford to educate all of their children, often the whole family worked to get the the brightest in the family educated or if they could afford it, then all the men in the family were educated. That was the times Michelle and lack of money..

I have found most men to be mostly respectful, and good to their wives and families. Perhaps your outlook is taken from the hell that you have been through, I suggest that if you can that you get some wonderful books and read of the lives of so many wonderful people, this will help you to feel so much better about things.
Michelle there will always be scum and they seem to accumulate in certain areas so if you can get out of there Michelle and see other parts of the world.
Just think of all the wonderful things that millions of people do when there is a disaster in the world, people just keep giving, many give of even their time to help those who are hurting..of course there is the scum who take advantage of the misfortunes of those in trouble but 75% of people in the western countries will help..

MichelleM99, for a change I cant agree with you, you said Yer blame the ladies..I put the blame on men. etc..

Michelle, you seem to have gone though one hell of a lot to be talking like that.. I don''t see men as bloody selfish and to hell with the female. Women because of our brain make up and design are totally different to men as you will know and we even think differently, thus our rolls are also very important in fact being a mother IS the most important job in the world, it is more important than being the President simply because if we stuff it up the child doesn''t make a good President, or a good citizen, so dear Michelle we must not degrade the make up and roll of a mother and women.. This is not to say that a woman cant adequately do a mans job or a man a womans job it is just what we are best at. It has been proven that we are made to look after children as our instincts are such, men are designed to look after us and his children to bring home the bacon. Men could say that we are stereotyping men by insisting that it is their job to go out and make money for us as we have done in the past..
And as for wearing dresses, I am proud to wear something which makes ME feel feminine and pretty, it is for me that I do it and if men like it then that is a bonus..

MichelleM99, good on you..
Most men are wonderful Michelle there are just a very few who are straight out scums, unfortunately they go for the venerable girls/boys making it seem like all men are scum to these poor girls/boys.

tuckerndfw I agree with you, and dowjones20k comments below on this page. But I also struggle with your "child has mixed feelings" theory as it is instinctive for a child to know that it is not the right thing, and causes them many problems even before they are told it is wrong, their whole behavior changes and as a Principal of many schools, my husband had to be very aware of any child''s behavior which suddenly changed.. but most of the below on this page I agree with you.. ..even the tiniest things are made into sexual abuse giving the poor girl a trauma which might be nothing, and giving the lawyer money for his Porsche..

I had a guy try to hop into bed with me when I was 12, I just told him to get out and stop being stupid.

Usually I read all the posts on a story before I comment...tonight I read the first 16 pages of posts and am now too tired to continue.

Tucker...I know from the past that you post controversial comments just to get a rise out of others....and in this article you sure did. It''s not funny and it is not entertaining to those who have been raped. So give it a rest. You keep saying a rape is the same as being kicked in the genitals....so therefore it is only an assualt. Wrong!!

You know I am a nurse...there is a big difference between an invasive proceedure and a non invasive proceedure. A rape is INVASIVE. Do you see a difference between being kicked in your nuts versus having your *** ripped apart and bloodied against your will by some maniac who decides he wants to sodomize you? I think you would be crying a whole different tune!

I DO NOT CARE IF THE RAPIST IS BLACK,BROWN,ORANGE PURPLE OR WHITE. WHAT HE DID TO A CHILD THAT HE TOOK VOWS WITH THE MOTHER. HE WAS HER STEP FATHER A MAN TO LOOK UPTO NOT BE DEALT THIS HORRIBLE ISSUE OF RAPE. IF IT WAS MY CHILD OR GRANDCHILDREN HE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A PRE NEED PLAN. LEATHAL INJECTION IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH IN THIS CASE DRAW AND QUARTER HIM IN PUBLIC SQUARE. IF THEY DO NOT GIVE HIM THE DEATH SENTENCE THE COURT SHOULD ORDER HIM TO UNDERGO CHEMICAL CASTRATION. LETS ALL PRAY FOR THE CHILD

The crocked system. Yep. The good olde boy network. Women are not 2ed class citizens. The line* keep them bare foot and always carrying a child *don''t work as men walk and she alone have to raise it. Most are forced to breed. Men are always in heat. A subjuct they are not comfortable with. Children of rape have to be stong and put bullie in their place/
