Comments on: Chief Justice Roberts Leaves Hospital
Day After Suffering Seizure, Roberts Tells Bush He's Fine
- I would rather see him get medical retirement and stay off the Bench, then continue on as a Supreme Court Justice. He's too conservative and he is too much of an activist. At least off the Bench, he will not be able to do harm to Americans for generations to come.

You can't be conservative and activist at the same time. If you take a conservative posture that for the Court implies that you will adhere to precedent. If you are activist you would more likely intepret from the bench. One or the other. He will not harm anyone as we have already been harmed, but the likes of Blackburn and Black. Wake up. Don't believe everything on hearsay. - Reply to this comment

- Oh, well I have five boys. Nice decent kids. Respectable, well-behaved. Does that mean I can become a Supreme Court Justice? Do you think?

Is it possible for you Nazi's to discuss HONEST reservations brought up by your neighbors and fellow citizens? Must you ALWAYS try to be "Superior" and make light of others concerns. It would appear, concidering the World Wide Hatred for you, that you would want your fellow citizens thinking at least civil toward you. But then what's new about a Nazi attacking the messenger? Sieg Heil Bush!! - Reply to this comment
- My what an imbecile. Do you walk on all fours, too? Posted by mudrose at 01:35 PM : Jul 31, 2007
Meaning that you do and are looking for others who also walk on all fours to join you? LOL. TMI mudrose. TMI. Or do you do the doggy/hyena worm butt-scoot across the floor and save the all fours for special occasions? lmao - Reply to this comment
- Roberts, 52, plans to continue his vacation, said Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg. Doctors found no cause for concern after evaluating Roberts, she said. President Bush's chief spokesman, Tony Snow, reported earlier that Roberts told Mr. Bush in a phone call that he was doing fine. -Posted by grazinggoat at 12:18 PM : Jul 31, 2007
Yep. When anyone blanks out and takes a tumble to the floor, maybe bobbling around in the throes of a seizure, maybe even a bit of drool with their eyes rolling back....We can see why the Bush Government doctors think there is nothing to worry about.
I second the other poster--if he decides to do the exorcist thing again--hope it happens after the elections an inauguration of a Democratic President. Wouldn't that be a kick in the GOP face? Especially since they whitewashed his problem and tried to leave him in charge. LOL - Reply to this comment
- Better luck next time......
"Idiopathic means they really don%u2019t know what caused it," Dr. Emily Senay told CBS' The Early Show"
Sounds like a new way to describe the Bush Presidency. "The idiopathic administration". More and more people are turning against him so fast that soon it'll be hard to find anyone who'll admit to having been foolish enough to have voted for him. No one will know what really caused the Bush election! LOL! - Reply to this comment

The way Bush appoints stupid people to powerful positions, you have a very good chance. - Reply to this comment
- Sorry Chief Justice Roberts, but if you can't control your 3 year old son, then you don't belong on the Supreme Court.
Thank You

- Maybe this is a warning from a Higher Power.
Perhaps Justice Roberts needs to think twice next time he rules to sc*re*w the poor, the weak, the worker, the single mothers and other "lower social status" Americans.
Alito and Scallia also should take notice and repend.

- Reading some of these posts from these alleged "tolerant" liberals makes me realize that liberals don't know the definition of the word "tolerant"
...
It WASN'T the Bush administration that used tanks and helicopters to attack & kill Americans on our own soil like the previous administration did at Waco.
Also, it WASN'T the Bush administration that shredded the Constitution by replacing "freddom of speech" with "political correctness".
That was also the previous administration, comrade.

- How can a seizure NOT be a cause for concern??
He shouldn't drive. - Reply to this comment
- Idopathic indeed. Very idiopathic. Looks like one of our local car salesmen. Maybe a bright speck, certainly not a bright spot, maybe more like a puce colored smudge.
This dude has some wires crossed and they just can't find them. All it takes is one micro vessel to get twisted wrong and you've got a big problem, not feeling so well here eitherrrrr,

- Justice Roberts is a bright spot and great Justice and judging from President Bush's other decisions almost seems like a lucky pick, an accident. I personally wish Chief Justice Roberts well.

Fairy Tale #2: THE JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES HAVE GENERALLY BEEN PERSONS OF HIGH STANDARDS AND THE COURT HAS BEEN HIGHLY REPUTABLE. Realities: In 1856, the high court, promoting the position of slave-owners, made the Dred Scott decision. Blacks were proclaimed and adjudicated to be chattel, mere baggage, that could be transported from place to place. Despite all the later bloodshed, this decision is still on the law books. In the process of U.S. Senate ratification of his appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court, in 1991, Clarence Thomas, an"Uncle Tom" to some, mouthed off about "natural justice" and was apparently just about to state in his televised hearings, that the Dred Scott decision was proper under his theory of "natural justice".
