Political Speech Rights Upheld For 7th Grader Whose School Sought To Censor His Anti-Bush Wear

Has it ever occurred to you, Quack, that the present occupant represents 'insult' and dis-'respect' to the office of the president?
And that your kind are responsible electing and re-electing 'insult' and dis-'respect' to the office of the president?
And imagine commanding when one should and "should not be commenting"? Commanding when one should exercise 'free speech'?
As a reminder to you, royalist, he's president george; not king george.
He serves at the pleasure of the people; the vast majority of whom, unlike you, are very very displeased him sullying the office; and have returned an embarrassingly low approval rating. LOL
Also, that kid no doubt witnesses the very sub-standard performance coming from the office of the president, and which can result from one using drugs.
And the young fellow is wisely helping to alert his fellow students about the dangers of drugs on the human Nervous System; since the adults, who would elect and re-elect a drug-head to be their president, can't be trusted to do enough to save the children from drugs? - Reply to this comment
- Every day that Bush gets up and fails to resign, he insults the office of President of the U.S.

- Bush and this administration are the biggest insult. No T-shirt ever created could exceed their vulgar display of power and abuse. Consistenly insulting the general public and killing innocents around the world. We should make it mandatory to wear anti-Bush shirts in this day. Way to go Zach. Continued luck with everything.

- The blathering IQ under 60 far right on this board can't take it. Even the far right authoritarians who populate the far-right's wet-dream in this Supreme Court recognized this is political speech. So you f*cking morons who populate the nazi-right can smoke it or stick it up your azz. Even your masters think you are neanderthals. Lick their boots and crawl back to your caves. ROFLMAO

- Something the right needs to be mindful of is that respect is worthless if it is not MUTUAL. The right wing has done NOTHING to extend any shred of respect to the left. Your chief spokespeople, Coulter, Hannity, Limbaugh, are all foaming maggots who can't engage in a respectable discussion. Bush is a con artist who has misled this country on a path of disaster. If this seems disrespectful o you, it is only because it is TRUE. He has not earned any respect. He will get none from me.

Um, BoatQUACK, you are a bit of a hypocrite, there, buddy? Of course, here in America we have a right to insult anyone, if we wish to do so. Perhaps you are an immigrant from the Soviet side of the world. - Reply to this comment
- billysmith6, no one has the right to insult another person. Freespeech is now used to allow poor behavior and obviously badparenting. It was an insult to the office of the President; respect the office not the person. If you cannot communicate an opinion without insulting someone then you obviously should not be commenting. Way to go Zach! Pitiful Pitiful go get a life little billy.
