Judge Lawrence Korda Heard Arguments In Anna Nicole Smith Paternity Case. (AP) A judge who played a role in the recent Anna Nicole Smith proceedings was cited for smoking marijuana in a city park, police said Monday.
Lawrence Korda was smoking marijuana while sitting under a tree Sunday, police said. Three officers training there caught Korda and field-tested the joint, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel newspaper.
The judge was not arrested. He was given a misdemeanor citation to appear in court.

- Why would Jesus want an artificial 'high' He already is on the highest natural high he can get. The only thing you can do is 'Toke out' and hope it doesn't go bad. The only way you can get his type of 'high' is to be like him. But you will never make it so you have to cheat and use dope instead of hope. Sry, no cigar this time either.

- How do "they" know that if Jesus were here, that he wouldn't want that bong hit? BEcause personally, if I got the chance to meet Jesus one day, I would ask him if he wanted to go try out some of the best marijuana that HE made!! Let the kid have his freedoms that we, as AMERICANS, all deserve and are entitled to by our fou nding fathers. If those rights get taken from the citizens of this country, there will be another civil war. Personally, I smoke. However, if you asked 100 people if they smoked marijuana, more than 3/4 would say no; but in all actuallity that 3/4 is really 1/3. It is time for AMERICANS to wake up and get this on the ballots. LEGALIZE!!!!

- In my area they're now pulling people over and taking them to the hospital for a urinalysis, if you don't comply you get a DUI, if your test comes back positive for pot (which stays in your system for up to 30 days) you get a DUI. What a scam, what will these nazis think of next? I like to get high occasionally at parties etc when someone is firing it up, now I can't even partake when I'm not driving. Before long they'll be gassing people just like Hitler did and nobody will care as long as it isn't happening to them personally.
