nonsense.

this guy stood on the house floor and called openly for single party rule. he actively intimidated and manipulated the process to this end ... and for anyone to stand there and say he was not motivated by power is ludicrous.

the only one he was trying to help was himself ... and to forward his own distorted world view. three years is hardly enough. he should be barred from serving in any position of authority over others for the rest of his life.
