Thank God Even more then reelection of our 44th president; the people of MA have given me hope. Once again they have stood up and DONE THE RIGHT THING; just like they did 1776. Much like the Revolution the struggle will have to be won down here in Dixie. With God on our side we can defeat these crazy right wing loons & their FOX NOISE. Congratulations Liz.
Hooray for Elizabeth Warren and Massachusetts. This lady will be a fighter for EVERY average American. Senator-elect Warren will be a badly needed breath of fresh air in Washington.
Any candidate who bases his entire campaign on his opponant having checked a box on an application...which has yet to be proven to be true or untrue...
What is sad is that most people don't have any idea of what "socialism" is. It's a bit like when I was growing up and any idea that the fat cats like J Edgar didn't like was branded "communist."
I notice the folks raging against this socialism haven't shown any great interest in disassemble social security, unemployment insurance, or workers compensation.
What we need to do is back off and look at individual ideas to see if they are beneficial. Where they come from doesn't really matter. The Interstate Highway System came from Hitler's government. Didn't stop us from filing off the serial numbers and claiming it as our own.
If something works, I do not care who claims ownership - communist, socialist, capitalist, etc. Does it do what it was intended to do? That is the test.
