Ryan looked like a young con man lying to his older victim hoping he gets away with the scam before the victim realize they've been scammed. However, the victim was laughing and smiling during the scam attempt because he knew he was being scammed / lied too.
If anything the situation was the other way around! Joe Biden was NOBODY'S victim! He went after Paul Ryan with a vengeance throughout the whole debate!
It didn't work though! Paul Ryan matched him answer for answer and he did it in a calm and sane manner!
In the end Biden is the one who looked like the idiot and Ryan was the even tempered, sane one!

CAMAC7 I actually do volunteer my time & resources at a few different non-profits to help those that are in need. I am all for that. But these non-profits that I support DO NOT get a handout from the government
