"A recent fact check by The Washington Post's Glenn Kessler says "the number is less impressive than it sounds." Kessler wrote that 12 million jobs in four years breaks down to about 250,000 jobs per month, which is not far from the recent average of nearly 150,000 jobs created per month."

Here's the problem with Kessler's numbers: For starters, 250K is 66% more than 150K and that, folks, is a substantial increase.

Secondly, the 250K jobs would be ON TOP OF the current number of jobs, so the total number of jobs being created monthly will actually be 400K per month. An increase of 167%. So, Mr. Kessler, whether you're talking percentages or real numbers it actually is a huge increase.

Obama is the master of disaster, the king of smoke and mirrors, and last night he was exposed for what he is ! His secretary of state just announced an ACCOUNTABILITY REVIEW BOARD to determine whether or not security in Bengazi was adequate before our Ambassador and 3 other Americans were killed!
What moron needs a review board to figure out the obvious ? For all the Obama people out there let me splain it to ya. The security was inadequate cause the ambassador is dead ! The poor man even asked our fearless leaders for increased security to no avail ! If Hill thinks she is ever going to be potus she should think again . I would not trust her to walk my dog!

I needed boots to listen to Romney last night. I did take something away from what he said about his five sons. If they say something enough, they start to belive it. It must run in the family.

Not spin, 6 million jobs per 4 year term are being created right now! As the current economy continues to grow, albeit slowly, the other 6 million will be created even if Joe the plumber were President... Romney is the one spinning.. Oh, and exactly how does he plan to be energy independent without using green energy? How many oil wells can he drill? More Romney spin..

Romney needs to be called out on his BS more in the coming weeks..

Even if what you wrote were true, do you realize that 12 million is TWICE as much as 6 million? So, what's your point? What I take from your statement is that Joe the Plumber could do just as well as Obama has done -- and I'd agree with you there -- no, actually, I believe Joe the Plumber could do better than Obama because he understands that the way to encourage job growth is NOT to raise taxes, but to promote an atmosphere in which companies know what's around the corner and are not afraid to hire, one in which they are not put under a mountain of regulation and new overhead expenditures per capita (I.e., Obamacare) and one in which the banks are not afraid to loan to new start-up businesses.

Romney can't create that number of jobs. It's just another in a long series of lies. While his debate performance was good, that doesn't change the content of his plans, which really spell doom for the country. But given Americans' obsession with superficiality, Romney probably now has a chance with the voters for whom content doesn't matter. Romney is the radical in this election, wanting to get rid of the EPA and other good agencies because he wants a corporate takeover of the country.

You mean lies like:

Gitmo closed within a year.
Proceedings will be broadcast on CSpan
Health care bill is not a tax
Health care bill will lower premiums
4 Americans were killed because of a movie
Fort Hood was workplace violence
New Black Panthers did not intimidate voters
Americans will have 5 days to read a bill before I sign it
There are thousands of shovel-ready jobs
....and so much more

Romney wants a corporate takeover of the country, eh? And how would he do that?
