Because Issa doesn't care about finding out about Fast and Furious. It's all an excuse to harrass Holder.

Issa is a crook anyhow. He started out as a car thief (many times arrested, but never convicted), parlayed that knowledge to form the Viper Car Alarm company (it's Daryl Issa's voice that says, "Step away from the vehicle!), got himself rich (he is the richest Congressman---even wealthier than John Kerry), bought himself a Congressional seat, and now sends home earmarks to improve the roads in front of Medical buildings and a Hooters restaurant that he owns back in California.

The man is really a piece of work. He is no honorable seeker of truth, that's for sure.

Of course there is no evudence. Holder won't turn it over. I say give him no breaks and issue the contempt chrges now.
