That woman has a fiduciary responsibility to answer every question truthfully, anything else violates her oath and places her against the Constitution.

Her view of abortion doesn't matter. I am speaking to both sides here.her knowledge of the "EXISTING" Constitutional Law is all that matters, Your only legitimate question should be "will she rule according to the Law or will she be like the Republicans and change the law to suit her 'personal' viewpoint....

According to all Compensation Experts, all Executives at American Corporations have "Guaranteed Multi-Millions Compensation Regardless of Performance" causes in their Employment Contract just like AIG Executives.

Now I love these Executive Employment Causes if the Rich are going to pay for my Universal Health Insurance.

The insurance cost that American employers and employees pay from each paycheck IS a 'Tax'. Except that Tax is going to be slowly going From to private insurance companies To the U.S. Government. So, I do not understand all this High Cost for Health Care reform when we are already paying it straight out of our paycheck by us and our employers for those whom are very lucky to have private insurance.

Folks,

Two surveys of the Court's decisions put the lie to the idea that "judicial activism" is the bailiwick of liberals. One of them, conducted by Yale Law Professor Paul Gewirtz and Yale grad Chad Golder, reviewed Supreme Court rulings from 1994-2005. In this period, the Court either struck down or upheld Congressional statutes (or provisions of those statutes) in 64 cases:

"We found that justices vary widely in their inclination to strike down Congressional laws. Justice Clarence Thomas, appointed by President George H. W. Bush, was the most inclined, voting to invalidate 65.63 percent of those laws; Justice Stephen Breyer, appointed by President Bill Clinton, was the least, voting to invalidate 28.13 percent. The tally for all the justices appears below.

Thomas 65.63%
Kennedy 64.06%
Scalia 56.25%
Rehnquist 46.88%
O?Connor 46.77%
Souter 42.19%
Stevens 39.34%
Ginsburg 39.06%
Breyer 28.13%

One conclusion our data suggests is that those justices often considered more "liberal" - Justices Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, David Souter and John Paul Stevens - vote least frequently to overturn Congressional statutes, while those often labeled "conservative" vote more frequently to do so. At least by this measure (others are possible, of course), the latter group is the most activist."

Invalidating unconstitutional laws is the purpose of the Supreme Court. It is when judges actually create laws from the bench that is the problem.

Do you get the part just like Jimmy Carter that made all those promises that the rich and Exxon said no. The bills rolled in and Jimmy was gone. Funny how history repeats itself.

Lets see acording to real math, not Geithners and Obamas , that will put their tax rate at about 45%. One thing is for sure the airlines will be busy when they head out of the country, and Obungler will have to have another one of those well thought out "stimulis" bills slamed through congress again to replace the money.

No, the richest Americans will have their taxes raised, for a number of projects.

Meanwhile, if you like your insurance, as I like mine...Nothing changes.

See?

And all those people who use the Emergency Room, for ALL their healthcare will have REAL insurance.

Which will cost much less then US paying for them to go to the E.R.

Do you get that part of this?

No?

Obama is, everybody going to get free health care once Pelosi and Reid work out the details on how to pay for it. Maybe they need to get Turbo Timmy to help them with the numbers. See you have common math, then you have the Obama, Geithner math. Somehow they think the numbers match up but I have not figured that out yet.
