- Actually, biden was stupid to say that they did not realize how bad the economy was while he and his admin are and have spent billions on something they obviously did not have a grasp on==sort of like that stupid war in Iraq where Bush and co did not realize that there were no WMD and did not realize that they did not know how to manage an occupation...in either case we are dragged down a road as a country by idiots who have no trouble when they spend either the lives or money of others. I think Palin is an airhead, but I also think CBS did not allow comments about Biden's words to protect the administration.
In this regard, Obama and Co should be held accountable for rushing headlong into something they failed to really grasp--after all, most of us KNEW the economy was really, really bad and that one cannot spend their way out of national debt anymore than one can spend their way out of credit card debt as an individual one also cannot do it with jobs being insourced and outsourced with no means to increase the GDP.

Who can blame Sarah Palin for stepping down as governor of Alaska. She has been been unfairly demonized for things such as her hair style, her religious beliefs, her family life, the way she dresses, and anything else you can imagine. People love to call her names and make fun of anything and eveything about her. If our relatives were bullied the way she is, we would be calling in the national guard.
She's a clueless incompetent, that blames the media for ALL of her shortfalls.
I've seen many, many light night shows pick on Hillary Clinton and demonize the living hell out of her. She had fun with it, played it up, and it went away.
The joke from Wasilla, blames the media for everything, and alienates the late night talk show hosts, whose audiences are laughing at her.
Like it or not, Letterman has MILLIONS of loyal viewers. (I'm not one of them.) How is she going to win ANY office, if his viewers line up against her?
She alienates liberals, independents, people with brains......

- She couldn't deal with being the Republican Governor of a Republican dominated state. She'd have fallen apart at the stresses the Vice President has to deal with, let alone the President.

What is wrong is a person who claims to want that but who governs a state rife with state welfare for everyone in that state and who pork barrel feeds from the federal gov for that and many other projects with more going to their state in earmarks and per capita than any other state in the US. Because Sara is not for smaller government--that is the lie she tells, just like the lie Gingrich, Guiliani, Vitter, Sanford and other adulterers say they are for "family values"

It is not the media criticizing Palin but Alaskans...her peers.
Because Palin cannot govern Alaska, it is highly unlikely that she could govern The United States. Palin has failed in Alaska and her political career is dead. Face reality. Even John McCain campaign aides are questioning if Palin was ever really prepared for the presidency.
- The problem for Palin is the onslaught of truth. Her illegal use of every governor's perk possible - from taking her kids on trips and making Alaska pay, to trying to claim money for living in her own home, rather than the governor's mansion, to using government staff to deal with her Presidential runs - past and future.
The truth is her problem. The media is accountable - and they haven't even told half of what they could say about Palin.

Are you talking about the Permanent Fund? You need to do some research on that.. it's been around way before Sarah Palin became our Governor.

- Sarah Palin was a NOBODY until McCain placed her on the pedestal of VP candidate. As a VP candidate she displayed a hillbillies knowledge of worldly and US current events. In the long run she saw realized her entire political rise was based on conservative gonzo politics.
"I will fight for lower taxes" - but she raised the debt as Mayor by more than 25 times during her reign and payed for it with higher taxes.
And this is just one of many of her contradictions in her personal and political life. Sarah is a loser, now a quitter and the majority of th e US hopes she will be like the Exxon Valdez oil spill, and just go away.
