You're too dumb to notice that your messiah quit on you a long time ago.
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:25 AM EDT
ReallyMeanIt, you really have a serious problem with the ELECTED President of this Country. Is there a reason you can't accept the AMERICAN SYSTEM or the decision of the MILLIONS of People who turned out in RECORD NUMBERS to vote FOR this Very Intelligent Young Leader? You know IF I hated a people and a system as much as you obviously do THIS Nation, I'd find another Country to live in... North Korea should suit you pretty good!
by ReallyMeanIt July 7, 2009 3:18 PM EDT
skyk-2009, is hypocrite your middle name?
Was there a reason why you can't accept the will of millions of people who voted for Bush?
Your barrack "57 states" obama is intelligent? If you say so.
As a typical libs, anyone who doesn't liked barrack is therefore against the nation. You either with us or against us LOL.
You loved your dear leader barrack just liked some of the idiots in North Korean loves kim jun il. Now that's lunacy.
No problem with our great democracy systems and it's an honor to have served our country.

"She voiced her annoyance at unfair attacks". How about the attacks made by her about the Democratic Presidential candidate? "He pals around with known terrorists, or the socialist comments. She could dish it out but when the shoe was on the other foot, she crumbles. She can dish it out but she can not take it. She is by no means presidential material. As an Independent -conservative, she will not have my vote.

exactly.. she keeps talking smack about socialism when she fully supports socialist programs even stating on the campaign trail that she wanted special programs for kids with down syndrome like her baby. all neocons ever cry about is having to pay for someone else but they had no trouble supporting palin when she wanted all of us to have to pay for her irresponsible decision to get knocked up at such an old age knowing the risks are high for retarded babies.
by tmittelstaed July 4, 2009 5:18 AM EDT
Whoah there, bud. Lots of healthy babies are born to older parents, and there's downs babies born to younger parents. Yes, the risks are higher the older you are. But, there's no good answers there unless you want to do like China does and mandate abortions for parents who have children without a permit. The question here is we are always going to have a percentage of these downs kids in society and the ones who are low-functioning will never be able to pay for their own care, there isn't any other choice but to have the government pay for them - unless you would just have them go lie in the gutter like they used to do with them 150 years ago.

Sarah's main desire is to be adored by people. She probably IS quitting politics, but you can bet she isn't quitting the limelight. She has upstaged The King of Pop on the 4th of July... need I say more?

Oh, okay. I'll say some more. I've been saying since her disaster of a campaign last year that she'd end up with her own talk show, as a female Rush Limbaugh... full of spunk and fallacy. Get out your barf bags NOW, folks!!

During the election, Palin obsessed over her media coverage, often spending hours on her campaign jet watching cable news and becoming exasperated over what critical commentators had to say about her.

You are so darned right daffy...after 15 ethics complaints and 15 dismissals at a cost of $500,000 she has rather thin skin don't you think. At least they should have busted her over wearing that coat outside with the snow machine logo on it. No matter how cold it is in Alaska, government officials should wear logo free clothing.

Mr. Obama will never have to become frustrated over critical comments about news conferences with his staged 'info commercials' and planted news people from the Huffington Post. As long as he screens the questions (so his people can load the answers into the teleprompter in advance) he will never face a single moment of exasperation. Jeez you folks are so easy... Wait till he taxes health insurance payments. He never promised to not create NEW taxes for folks under $250,000 a year. Besides he is blaming Congress for that idea, because like he told the American sheeple during the debates, "let me be clear, John McCain wants to tax your health insurance....., That I oppose" hahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahaha...lemmings! Such a wonderful speaker e.g. reader...hehehe!

Maybe she actually cared about her family. Most of you liberals are so worried about your greedy lives to worry about your family. That is why so many of your party are locked up in prisons - morons.

---

Actually, the "Red" states have the highest crime rates. And if she cared about her family, why did she run for VP when her daughter needed her most?

Nice try, though.

Seriously, give me freedom... you people are so sad. We 'liberals' love our families just like you do. We just have bigger brains... that's why you can't see that this woman has just proved that she is a colossal moron. Her political career is over... now she'll just be a poster child for people who are desperately hoping for the Rapture.

The only FOOL is you and your democratic cronies who think you know it all

so much of your party reside in the fattest, least educated states in america. doesnt look like you guys care much for your young.
by birdyspice July 3, 2009 9:42 PM EDT
people cant vote from prison and obama won the last election. nice try, though. i bet you attended one of them fancy middle schools in alabama.
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:18 AM EDT
Exactly WHO is a "LIBERAL" to you MEATHEAD? I have listened to you clowns for years as you attempt to put American's into your Hate Box and NEVER ONCE have I heard one of you properly represent ONE thing I stand for. I am, as my father before me, a LIBERAL. Does that mean I agree with everything everyone else who is a Liberal says, NO! Does that mean I don't take care of or care for my family? No! In fact, to be honest, your poor bigoted uneducated fool who wouldn't know a liberal if one walked up and bit you on the nose.
by mgpm-2009 July 3, 2009 8:20 PM EDT
If she can't stand the critical heat in Alaska, how can she stand the intense crucible she'd face in Washington? She's QUITTING. It's not going to look good on her resume.

"she has continued to voice her annoyance with what she sees as a constant stream of unfair attacks"

Sorry Caribou Barbie, we usually require those in government or who aspire to the highest office to either know what they are talking about or at least to come close, neither of which you are capable of. If anybody points out your stunning un-qualifications, you consider it "unfair".

Silly twit.

Knowing what they are talking about or at least coming close is apparently not a requirement for the highest office! Just look at obama and that's obvious.

You are so blinded by the messiah. Put down the kool-aid and save yourself.
Your holiness is so stupid he thinks there are 57 states, he a quitter many times over, a babdling idiot without a script from the teleprompter.
You voted for this moron and you think you have room to talk?
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:01 AM EDT
What does our Young President have to do with the post? You people in the Fringe Right are really out there. Anyone with a brain can see that Falin Palin didn't have the ability for the big time. She lacked the basic judgment and temperament to stay on the stage and now she's off. What she SHOULD have done was, after the Election, went back to her state and been the best governor she could have been. Instead she played the "Look at me I'm special" card... that brought her attention alright, just not the attention she wanted.
by iam4honesty July 3, 2009 8:13 PM EDT
"Though this unorthodox move will raise further questions about her judgment, her passionate political base will continue to support her no matter what she does next"

This coming from someone who has YET to get any math right yet. Seems you still are having some problems with your addition and subtraction. There are more than 17% of Americans who are republicans

Now PRAY TELL what does the statement of the poster have to do with math? IF you are going to sling mud on MATH the post MUST have something to do with math. Anyway the percentage of American's calling themselves Republican is actually 25%, yes but when you factor out the Stupid South it's LESS than 17%... those folks aren't about Politics but are still trying to punish the Democrats for the Civil Rights Act. LOL
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:06 AM EDT
You just go right ahead d7767w trying to put American's in a Box and call them conservatives or Liberals. That will get you right where you are. I can put two Americans in a room for half an hour and they will disagree within 5 minutes, take a Conservative Position AND a Liberal Position within 15 minutes AND change their position again 5 minutes AFTER leaving. ONE fact is certain though! When they decided to turn the page and move on, the Party that refuses to do that will be left behind. That is why the Republican Party is now a regional party.
by cs4466 July 3, 2009 8:12 PM EDT

"there's not a blasted word I'm going to believe from some commie rag about what's happening here... " -- IThoughtIWasFunny2

So, THAT'S WHY you are incapable of learning! You won't believe anything you read unless it comes from Faux Noise or Rushed LimpBone, or another of those lunatics. There isn't much point in telling you anything; your mind is closed.

But, just in case you'd like to educate yourself, here's a tidbit for you about your beloved bimbo's woes:

Spenard Building Supplies is a contracting company with close ties to Palin and her husband, Todd. In Alaska there are rumors that federal investigators have been seizing paperwork from SBS in recent months, searching for evidence that Sarah and Todd Palin Todd steered lucrative contracts to SBS in exchange for gifts, one of those gifts being the construction of their home on Lake Lucille in 2002, just two months before Palin began campaigning for governor. As governor, she had the power to grant building contracts all over Alaska.

SBS has close ties to the Palins. They sponsored Todd Palin's snowmobile team and they hired Sarah Palin to do a statewide television commercial in 2004.

Todd Palin told Faux Noise he built his Lake Lucille home with the help of a few "buddies," but public records reveal that SBS supplied the materials for the house. While she was the mayor of Wasilla, Palin blocked an initiative that would have required public filing of building permits? thus preventing anyone from finding out about her gift from SBS.

Just before Palin started her campaign for governor, she awarded a contract to SBS to help build the $13 million Wasilla Sports Complex. The complex cost the city so much money that it put the city into severe long-term debt. But this was a cash cow for Todd's "buddies", SBS.

Smells real fishy, eh?

Sorry...I just don't buy it. That self appointed drama queen is not going away...she's going to travel the US now? To help out other Repubs? Bull..that is one power hungry woman and she's going out to try and drum up support for a presidential bid in 2012. She'll play coy at first...make them beg her to run and then she'll dramatically throw her hat in the ring "because the people wanted her to". Just wait and see.
Plus this way she doesn't have to answer for any more of her political screws ups nor does she have to take a stand legislatively. And she no longer has to disclose who's buying her clothes or paying her bills. She is going to re-emerge even more scary in 2012 than any of us can even possibly imagine. She got a long list of people to even the score with and she never forgets a slight. But the big question is-just who or what is financially backing her as she begins her "travel" across the US? Trust me...there is some real wheeling and dealing going on behind the lines and that snake of a woman is anything but done politically.
by tmittelstaed July 3, 2009 11:45 PM EDT
Your right, orsands! But I wouldn't worry too much about her. If Ross Perot couldnt get elected - and he was far, far more of a mainstream, moderate conservative than Palin is - then Palin won't come close.

I suspect her role will be to drum up money for the GOP. With the economy what it is, I'm sure that donations to both political parties have gone into the drink. The GOP needs cash, and they will only get it by stirring up the faithful
by ReallyMeanIt July 4, 2009 1:51 AM EDT
And idiot lib like this clown still wonder why they can't get the respect normal people have.
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:11 AM EDT
She QUIT for crying out loud. She COULDN'T take the HEAT as the Governor of ALASKA! Now IF she can't take THAT, who in their right mind thinks she can deal with what goes on HERE every day toward President Obama? She was a spoiled brat who'd been handed everything because she was a Pretty Woman. When she was forced to deal with reality she folded like a cheap suit. There's no way to spin that folks.
by skyk-2009 July 4, 2009 7:40 AM EDT

Sarah "The QUITTER" Palin, the hope of the Republican party.

If the media does not play nice I will take my ball and go home.

NAH NAH NAH
by clandesdun July 4, 2009 4:14 PM EDT
Hey Ithoughtitwasfunny, only the pathetic religious right thinks Palin has anything going for her, eveyone else sees her for the loser she is. You RR fools will make her rich because you fools fall in line w/ anyone who spouts the right hateful nonsense.
by dartplayer501 July 4, 2009 6:07 PM EDT
The Republicans have perfected the art of character assassination over the years. As usual with them, what's good for the goose obviously isn't for the gander. I'd be perfectly happy voting for a woman for president, governor, senantor or anything other office, she would just have to be capable, and I'm afraid Ms. Palin just isn't
by DefendLiberty July 7, 2009 10:57 PM EDT
This useless unintelligent coward can't handle the media, the Alaska legislature, her own family, or speak in intelligible sentences. She expects everyone to give her a free ride, and her apologists cry "victim" every time someone points out she is an incompetent boob. Sarah has NO SPINE. She believes she is ENTITLED, and should not have to know anything or even fulfill a complete term as Governor. You betcha!

Let her quit and claim "quitting is not quitting". Orwell would be amazed that this kind of doublespeak can survive in a world where the facts are present to anyone with a brain. Of course, Sarah's supporters are uneducated bible-thumping morons, not "average Americans". "Average" Americans know a brainless demagogue, who speaks out of three sides of her mouth and her azz at the same time, when they see one.
