If this is the best the GOP can do in 2012, bring her on! The republicans seen to value above all else an idiot who says what the base wants to hear. Advice to the GOP, dump the base or your party will enjoy minority status forever! But hey, don't take my advice. I want you to stay in the minority forever. By the way, what happened to all that patriotism you guys had under Bush? I think you people really do put party above country....some patriotism you partisan hacks!

Your darn right it was. Since Sarah obviously never gave Bristol a complete s e x education past "abstinence is next to godliness" apparently Levi was watching the media for information about rubbers and thought you were supposed to wear them on your fingers.

Palin is a NUT. Erratic, delusional, living in her own little world. Simple-minded, unspohisticated, over emotional - religion psychotic.

In a word; Freak.

et son sérieux aussi qu'elle a le droit d'aspirer aux plus grandes des fonctions...meme habiter la "white house"bon courage sénateur palin et "go"...au revoir

The GOP is as dumb as Palin is if they should throw their support behind her for President in 2012. If the woman can't take the questions and handle the heat now, how soon will see resign from the White House? Better yet, let the GOP support her bid. We can then realx in 2012. Most of America cannot be that dumb and vote in another idot. I think most learned their lesson with the fist idot Bush.

You might think she's dumb but, mark my words, after her book hits the bookstores next spring she will very likely be a millionaire several times over by next fall. Her children will never need or want for anything. If they so desire they will be able to attend the best universities in the country, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, etc. The lack of money will be no problem for them. Can you say the same about yours? I think she's doing very well for someone that you think is "as dumb as a post"! She's not so dumb that she isn't providing for her family! I doubt that you've done that well!

That woman is as dumb as a post. She isn't going to get any smarter in the next few years when/if she decides to run for President.

Sorry, but without family as alumni in Ivy League schools like the bush monkey, they hardly have what it takes to get accepted!

Perhaps reading between the lines of her speech would help.

I'm no fan of the Witch from Wasilla, but think first before you ridicule.

Suppose big oil offered her a multi-million dollar position to ramrod the Alaska-Canada-US natural gas pipeline. Think how much money would be flowing from the US government, Canada, and Alaska to fund such a project.

Also, she was governor of Alaska and has some pull into how to get things pushed thru especially on oil and gas issues. Seems to be the only part of State government she took any interest in - didn't anyone else notice that? Makes me wonder if that's the game old Tom was playing while he was privy to State information - remember he was cc: on just about everything and had his own account to boot. She put her friends in places and people owe her favors she can claim the ticket on.

Finally, she was the GOP VP candidate and has a huge national base of support within the Party still. And just for $hits-Grins-and-Giggles, she's the only GOP political leader not tainted by some kind of sex scandal.

I don't think she's in fear of any legal problems. I suspect she found her very own goose that's starting to lay golden eggs.

I guess you haven't heard! She signed a book deal several months ago! It's due to hit the bookstores in the spring of 2010. It's also projected to make her millions of dollars in book sales!

In a rambling and emotional address, Palin said: "The problem today is apathy. We're fisherman. Only dead fish go with the flow."

When the speech was over, Sarah Palin went back inside her house, where her view of Russia is obscured, and on July 16 she will become a private citizen. Hopefully, she'll fade into obscurity, but probably not. She has her eyes on the 2012 presidential race. A lot can change between now and 2012. Palin better sign a book or movie deal in the meantime. In politics, there are no guarantees. There's one thing I do know. Sarah Palin will never become president of the United States of America.

I'll put this into context since you so obviously are unaware. Once upon a time, there was this guy named Slick Willy who got his willy waxed (we all know the story). But then there were self righteous twits who deemed him not fit for office and were the most vociferous critics of his behavior. Those same twits ended up being ensnared in their own webs of deceitful philandering and somehow find it in their own hearts to forgive themselves. Hypocrisy anyone?
