Palin is symbolic of the entire Neocon, with us or against us, movement. When they want to put US, the Citizens of THIS nation, into a box, saying those that are IN are American's and those who are OUT aren't just isn't going to work and the NATION is tired of it. Sure it works in the South because those folks have never understood what American Means but in the rest of this nation it's a NON Starter. My neighbor and I have talked to each other about the events of the day for nearly 30 years. On some issues I'm conservative and he is more Liberal...then on some other issues we are right the reverse. There is ONE thing we BOTH agree on though and it's something these people have NOT been able to understand... TOGETHER we are AMERICAN'S and STRONG... separate? WE're just another human on THIS planet.

Um Skyk,

What is the difference between the Democrats and Republicans? You are a democrat and you keep posting stuff that contradicts what you are about.

"Palin is symbolic of the entire Neocon, with us or against us, movement. " The democrats have the same Movement. Don't believe me, go look at just YOUR posts. Can you say Hypocrite? Because that is exactly what you are.

In your eyes, if you are not a Democrat, you are against this country. Same thing you complain about. Do you not see the double standard?

Come now.....a beauty pageant contestant that took 6 years and 4 minor colleges to get a journalism degree, and an Alaskan scandal that catapulted a rabid evangelical fundamentalist mayor into the governor's office, is hardly worthy of anything more than what she has already attained through dumb, blind luck and timing!

Unscripted, she is a total disaster, and just needs to fade away!

skyk-2009 says:
"The Republican Party that we once knew is no more. What is left is a bunch of aging Old Men bitter at the world, a bunch of Hard Headed UNEDUCATED Red Necks who can't accept Change and a bunch of Bigots who can't accept the fact that we have a African American as President."
-------------------------------

Yep, the marginalized party of southern, white, evangelicals in the vast minority, still bitter from a CONfederate defeat 150 years ago, and waving their "stars and bars" rebel flag and consumed with such racist anger they can't see straight!

The Witch of Wasilla
Scary Sarah
Caribou Barbie

... I'm going to miss her. Politics was so much more entertaining when she was a part of it. I do feel a bit sorry for the Alaskan wolves though. She'll probably go back to shooting them from helicopters full time now. Since that is her "sport".

I beleive that After Obama term is up. The country will realize that we better not mess around. We need a President. Like a President of a Company. Like Romney. No more American Idol type Presidents. Now that we elected a black president , can we move on and elect the next president based on character and skills, not skin color. Agree??

So YOU think, should Obama fail, that the People of this nation will turn back to what they already KNOW does not work? Hating our neighbors and Fellow Citizens unless they agree with us? Doing, as Palin does, make those that agree with me American's and those who don't something else? Man you know so little about this nation and the People who make it up it's not funny. That chapter is CLOSED and this nation is on ANOTHER Page. How long it takes you folks to catch us is entirely up to you but the days of debating the Marriage Amendment while our bridges are falling down? That dog just will not hunt anymore.

Did someone says that Obama won in a 'landslide'? Once again, you Liberals prove that you have no grasp of History or Math.

I think it was an ELECTORAL Land Slide and the PROOF is obvious that the AMERICAN People wanted a change in course. When you look across this nation at the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Republican's that are NOW in the Democrat Party, when you look at the Condition of the Republican Party in State after State you realize the MASSIVE scope of that Landslide. The Republican Party that we once knew is no more. What is left is a bunch of aging Old Men bitter at the world, a bunch of Hard Headed UNEDUCATED Red Necks who can't accept Change and a bunch of Bigots who can't accept the fact that we have a African American as President. They make up about 25% of us! The rest LIKE this man we have elected... think he's always right, NO! But when we criticizes it isn't because we want him to fail...it's because we want him to succeed. Understand?

Truly sad that Caribou Barbie is stepping down. Maybe it's all a Republican idea for her to do so? Since she's been continually looking like the dimwit that she is by continuing as Governor. As much as she loves to hunt, it's a wonder she hasn't accidentally shot herself yet...

DemWatcher, what does the President have to do with this? He didn't cause this Air Head to loose... those of us you call "Liberal's" didn't either. The INCOMPETENCE of the REPUBLICAN PARTY, the HYPOCRISY of the Republican Party AND the total FAILURE of their Policies cause the loss. Now the Elections are OVER and there is NO doubt that WE the People, for the first time in a very LONG time, voted FOR the man in the White House in RECORD Numbers. Isn't it time to stop being a child?

RUN SARAH, RUN! If the GOP has not already self-inflicted a mortal wound, a Palin presidential nomination should be just what the country needs. RUN SARAH, RUN!
