You're, quite obviously, not receiving either. Keep dreaming unless and until you want 60% Federal taxation in this nation to pay for your dream, Comrade.

60% taxation....What a utterly dumb comment, from an intolerably dumb person.

Where, then, will the Canadian's go for quality "and" timely health care?

Posted by YouCantBSirius at 9:23 AM : Jun 7, 2009

Canadians are already getting "quality" and "timely" health care. And we don't have to worry about our doctors being more worried about what the insurance companies want over what's best for us. We can TRUST that our doctors are giving us the best care. They don't have to consult with an insurance company first before they decide whether we have surgery or see a specialist. When my doctor says I need surgery, I get surgery. What about yours?

Our system of allowing greedy corporations to offer health care coverage for profit is a abysmal failure. The insurance companies should be taken out of the equation when it comes to health care insurance.

Every year 750 thousand Americans go bankrupt because of mounting health care dept.

No other industrialized nation allows it's citizens to be subject to such a thing.

We pay twice what any other nation pays for health care yet routinely fall to the bottom of the list in quality of care.

It's time to reform health care.

It looks to me that all of these rants against our president are coming out of a Komrad Karl Rove playbook. The average right wing nut is not sophisticated enough to thing of all of these fabrications.

You people who oppose the government providing health care, your response is let the private sector handle it. Well we have been doing that for a number of years. What is the result? Rediciously high premiums, high drug costs, high doctor bills, high hospital bills. Yeah the private sector has done a bang up jo. Your idea of having your employer provide it has a flaw, what happens to your health insurance if your employer fires you or goes out of business. What we need is for the government to cover catastrophic coverage and if people want coverage for minor ailments and annual checkups then they would have to be responsible for it. To cover the cost of catastrophic coverage, I would eliminate medicare and medicaid, except for coverage for minors up to age 18.

If Obama wants to do things for this country then bring the jobs back Clinton gave away.

---------------------------

More of that republican't history revision I see, since Clinton created over 7 times the number of jobs that the bush mistake ever did. Clinton created over 22 million jobs while the bush debacle created a mere 3 million jobs, most of which were government jobs.

The DJIA soared 227% during the Clinton years, yet LOST 25% during bushworld.

Seems as if the rightwingus whackosus subspecies must re-write history to be seen in a better light than the failures we all know them to be.

rightwingus whackosus

rightwingus whackosus: a sub-species of homosapiens who evolved with their heads up their recti and were somehow able to spew waste out of the same orifice and call it talking points. Destined for extinction and drowning in their own spew and venom, not many normal people pay attention to them, in spite of their media outlets (Foxnewsus propagandus) and various think-tanks (waste-treatment facilities like the AEI) which exist because of their other distinct features - greed and money.

Please no no to government universal health care..
Posted by vistavermin1

You don't any valid reason why you wouldn't want universal health care, but judging from your hateful rant about President Obama, one could assume the only reason you are opposed to health care for all Americans is because you're obsess with being against everything the president is for.......You're a fool, and a loser and you know it!!!!

Once they take over health care after taking the banks and industry, Obama can say "I got you". Total control. Do not let this happen. If Obama wants to do things for this country then bring the jobs back Clinton gave away.
