And only a stupid government would allow you to get away with it. Up until now, you have had a pretty stupid government.

My bottom line actual money banked "tripled" in 3 years as a practitioner.

Yup, I was right, you are pancking at the thought of Universal health care. You won't be able to get away with sucking your patients dry of their money. You must feel real good when you get up every morning, knowing that you are taking peoples life savings and you ain't even treating them to the best of your ability, because you are OWNED by the insurance companies.

What's the matter? Panicking because your wages might be cut back to what they REALLY should be? You are one of the CORRUPT obviously. You are one of the reasons that the U.S. is in a downward spiral. Hopefully Obama will be able to get rid of all the scum before it's too late.

They think I'm lying to them. The costs increase exponentially once you get the government involved.

You are lying.

Tell all the Americans how you have lotteries up there so that your name goes to the head of the line for seeing your "paid for" physician.

And this statement, alone, tells me you don't even have a feakin' clue about what you are talking about.

You're full of cr*p. YEARS ago, SOME doctors left, but most returned because they couldn't stomach how patients were being treated. They didn't like being controlled by the insurance companies. They didn't like being told that they couldn't give their patients the best care because they (the insurance companies) didn't want to pay for it.

There may have been the odd doctor that didn't return, but those would have been the CORRUPT ones.

And as far as any Canadians going to the U.S. for health care? They would have to be CRAZY to do that. Who the hell in their right mind would go to the U.S. for their health care when we have good quality care here, and we don't have to spend our life savings to get it? Only a few rich snots go to the States to get health care, and that's because the can't wait a few days.

We pay twice what any other nation pays for health care yet routinely fall to the bottom of the list in quality of care.

Actually you are probably paying more than twice what other nations are paying. Or at least what we pay in Canada.

Someone earlier said that he had a small business and was paying 75% of the medical for his employees. The total cost was $1600. So that meant that the employee was paying $400 a month (for a family). Here, a family is paying app. $130 a month.
