Calls Obama's Talk Of Inheriting Troubled Economy "Interesting Rhetoric"; Says Banning Torture Raises Risk Of Attacks
- Time for Nobama to take that sign that Truman had on his desk out of storage. You libs know the one---THE BUCK STOPS HERE---. His statement--" we inherited quite a mess" is just about what I expected him to say as an excuse for his lack of experience and action.
I sure wish I could see what the daily number will be as well as I saw his shortcomings.Posted by thgdriver
thgdriver: Look up the word "shortcomings" sometime. I suppose W was your idea of competence? I recall W making the claim for eight years that "we inherited a mess." Did you suggest he get Truman's sign out of storage? The single biggest problem was W had zero intellectual tools to work with, allowing Cheney to call the shots and take our country down the road to ruin. W's simplistic approach to each and every challenge is much like your use of terms like "Nobama" and "You libs" in an effort to discredit dissenting views without any thoughtful discourse. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. - Reply to this comment
- Darth Cheney, the most evil, low life, robot ever to be VP. I can't believe he is even out of prison spreading his neo conservative fascist rantings. He is like a nightmare. He could mess up a wet dream. We want to see him in jail, maybe Guantanomo or Abu Gharaib, hanging from chains.

- How interesting that by his very election alone, Obama has pretty much turned that around.....)

Right, I understand the Ruskies are thinking about putting bombers in Cuba and Venezuela for the first time since 1962. He is turning things around alright!! - Reply to this comment
- The ERA of Bush and Cheney is over.
I wish somebody would just throw an egg and hit Cheney in the head with it. I saw this interview on TV yesterday and Cheney tells LIES to him self and he believes his own lies.
The UNITED STATES would be Safer and More secure if the Bush / Cheney Administration had never happen. - Reply to this comment

I'm sure BHO did say that he inherited the economy/recession/whatever. When did he blame anybody in particular, especially dickenbush? - Reply to this comment
- Cheney is still playing the BLAME SHIFTING GAME because that is the only game he has left except getting FAT CASH from Halliburton.
Cheney is PATHETIC and he was defending water boarding and krap the Bush Administration pulled. Cheney is a LIER and nobody believes a word he says any more, its just more Lies and Blah, Blah, Blah from the Flim Flam Man. - Reply to this comment
- Former Vice President Dick Cheney says it wasn't the Bush-Cheney administration's fault for the nation's economic mess the new administration is trying to clean up."
LOL yeah right! all the money squandered on 2 wars and occupations we didnt need, millions in CASH gone missing, no-bid contracts, haliburton, Blackwater etc, worthless $300 "stimulus" checks and then the cream de la cream- king George the last's THREATS to Iran, Russia who almost restarted the COLD WAR as a result of this maniac, destabilizing the entire Middle East and fueling speculation fears on oil supplies, pipelines and refineries that could be CUT OFF or destroyed at any moment by this nut case starting WW3 over there, but no, he had "nothing" to do with the oil price crisis right kids???
Oil prices are fueled by FEAR, fear that it could be cut short, run out, a facility shuts down, gets destroyed or damaged and starting a preemptive military strike on IRAN as this maniac threatened to do several times- even stating the military was selecting TARGETS for this- could cut off the shipments and supplies or production over there and create a huge mess, and THAT is why oil prices were so high.
FUNNY how as soon as that maniac was clearly out of power as a lame duck, the oil prices started back down again and dramatically so when Obama came in office.
Where it WAS $4/gallon it's now below HALF that, coincidence? Bullchit! - Reply to this comment
