Personally, I think he should be thrown out of office.

But, I disagree with the Senate''s decision. They have taken the low road, and put the State in jeopardy if he is not convicted at trial.

If he is found innocent, I think he has a big case against Illinois.

A change of venue has no relevance to the idea that he might have a case to argue that he was wrongly removed from office and that the State is liable for lost wages as well as other "losses" that he and his family may have suffered as a result of their decision.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? If he is absolved of the things that the Feds are accusing him of, I think he might have a legal stance to sue the State of Illinois.

He''''ll have to file for a change of venue.....

Change of venue from America. Society is unsympathetic to politicians. I''m sure Blagojevich''s removal brought a sick satisfaction to many.

Still haven''t heard any supposed audio recordings that prove Gov. Rod Blagojevich did something illegal

It appears the impeachment was a crime of convenience for the USA media as a major distraction from the real cimes and stories that have been getting their standard poor coverage

I am afraid for the people of Illinois and New York.

The bankers have once again silenced criticism from elected leaders shining a spot light on what they are doing.

Connect the dots folks...

1. Republic Window shuts down and the bankers say no pay for the workers.

2. Blajovech forces the banksters to pay and the workers stop protesting.

3. The banksters tip off Fitzgerald and the FBI to come out anyways with allegations of selling Obama''s Senate seat.

4. Blajovech is impeached, convicted and removed from office.

-----------------------------------------------------

1. New Governor Spitzer worked as attorney general to catch the Enrons on Wall Street.

2. The banksters expose a bimbo-scandel and Spitzer resigns from office of Governor.

-----------------------------------------------------

Republicans like Phil Graham negotiate with Democrats like Chuck Schumer and Daschle to not convict Bill Clinton in the Senate.

Glass Steagel was signed and investment bank derivatives mix with part of normal chartered bank deposits.

The banksters are a mafia folks of blackmail.

Astounding how many comments here celebrate the demise of Gov. Blagojevich. What''s comical is his (Blagojevich) was the mindset of EVERY GOVERNOR faced with replacing a US Senator. The only difference is HE SAID IT OUT LOUD. People are such hypocrites.
