The state of Hawaii certified his birth certificate. Photographs of it with the raised seal are available. A birth notice from a 1961 Hawaii newspaper is available. And no Rowdy, the caseisn''t alive and well. Its dead.

Obama has demonstrated he is a hard working centrist, selects competent moderates for associates, even if they are rivals and disproved all your wild fantasies about birth certificates and all your other internet conspiracy theory garbage. If blago is convicted he will be the 5th illinois governor that has gone to Jail. 3 of the 4 to date were democrats. Politics in Illinois is controlled by machine politics and the democrats are the machine party.

We hear so much from liberal posters about how horrible the quote neo-cons are yet Illinois which is a state dominated by democrats since the 30''s.

I have yet to hear an outcry by the liberals against this. It could be because they can''t bring themselves to realize their caricature of republicans could just as easily be used to describe democrats.

I live in NJ which is also notorious for its problems. You may remember the gov who resigned because he hired his male lover for an important post.

Political corruption is rampant in NJ with one of the more recent senator deciding to stop his quest for re-election because of his connections to illegal campaign fund raising for the dems. He was the head of the democratic fundraiser committee

We have only BEGUN to watch the collapse of the Democrat machine. There are no more excuses for 2009 - they control Congress and the White House until 2011. This happens every sixteen years, and it takes eight to twelve years after they are gone to get it cleaned up.
