Man, this extension has got to come as a terrible blow to DumboCrapheads everywhere!!

After all, the NObama worshippers already have this turkey convicted and executed in their neo-Marxist minds, just because their messiah told them to think like this.

Now we find a judge saying it''s okay if Blago stays in office for several months longer, thus assuring Mr. Burris a seat in the elitist all white US Senate.

Meanwhile, Illinois U.S. Senate appointee Roland Burris plans to have a high-stakes showdown on Capitol Hill this week with Democratic leaders who continue to say he won''t be seated in Congress.

Apparently this falls under the same statute that over-turns due process for impeaching a President, if a Speaker of the House and Majority Leader in the Senate decide to enact their "take it off the table" privilege to deny due process to the American people as granted in the U.S. Constitution.

Between the right for fellow Senators to not seat a duly and legally appointed replacement Senator for Obama, REGARDLESS of the person''s personal qualifications and rule of Illinois state law succession, the right for the Speaker of the House to take impeachment OFF the table (in an IRONIC CLASH of credibility) and the President''s "executive privilege" and executive orders that usurp and subjugate Congressionally enacted law, IS THERE ANYTHING LEFT to the people (assuming the U.S. Constitution IS A MEANINGLESS PIECE OF PAPER?).
