You are correct that Bush is irrelevant to this article; however, please note that your compatriots are just as zealous about trying to pin this to Obama even though there is no evidence he participated. He slapped the system in the face with this latest move. yeah, people seem to just be ignoring that part. I know the Adam Clayton Powell case was decided different facts and in the House of Representatives but I don''t think it can be ignored.
