Former President's Foreign Donors Could Complicate Hillary Clinton's Secretary Of State Bid
- Questionnews - well said. Opposition is critical to maintaining a government responsible to the people.
But the people have to do their part and put aside partisanship and elect representatives that reflect their views - regardless of party affiliation.
I am proud to say my son if part of the young republicans on his campus but voted for Obama. That was a brave position to take and reflected his conviction which of the two was a better candidate. I didn''t agree with him but I am very proud of him for doing the right thing. - Reply to this comment

- The Republicans are at it again. Can''''''''t concede with any grace at all. THIS is why they will never again be in power. They are nothing but a bunch of lying, corrupt busy bodies who have nothing better to do but dig up dirt on anyone they are afraid of.
Yawn!

When Bush won the Presidency did you expect Democrats to slink away, be quiet, & go along with the whole Republican agenda?? Me personally I''m glad they didn''t. I''m glad they they were there to challenge the Repubs. Just as I hope the republicans do the same to the Democrat & the president elect. There needs to be challenges & some sort of check & balance system in place. Just as I am grateful from the Dems sticking to their guns while Repubs had cart blanc, My hope is the Repubs do the same. - Reply to this comment
- It is irrelevant what use Bill Clintons funds are used or how they are acquired. It is totally improper for the spouse of the Sec of State to solicit funds from foreign agencies while the Sec of State is engaged with that or any interested foreign government.
This is way to close to graft for any high ranking US diplomat to be anywhere near. The impression that contributing to Bill''s fund will buy you favorable access to the Sec of State should not be an issue.
Bill should shut the thing down until Hillary is no longer Sec of State - period. - Reply to this comment

More irrational "huff." This is either true information or it isn''t. It has nothing to do with Republicans "being "at it again." This is just another excuse for you to bash Republicans. - Reply to this comment
- Foreign bribery is the whole problem with our "not out for America" leadership. It''s way easier for people in other countries to grease the pockets of our "leaders" who would sell their grandparents down the road for more money or a 5 star vacation let alone the working people of America.
Relying on the Justice Department or the SEC to defeat these corrupt "leaders" is a joke. Bush and Cheney put on a military jacket, stand in front of a flag and sing "God Bles America," and they got a free pass to ruin America. These guy laugh at the Justice Department. They''re above the law because they have lots of money. You can see this in small town America all the way up to Washington. Money buys people out of all kinds of criminal behavior, while the regular working schmuck gets cruixified for going five miles an hour above the speed limit. - Reply to this comment
- Most people view $41 million as just a boatload of cash. But to Bill, he views that as 10 millions hours at a Las Vegas brothel.

- Clinton has always courted foreign influence ($$). The man has absolutely no scruples, and never did.

Yeah, you are right. Clinton shouldn''t accept donations from the Middle East to help cure AIDS. Their money is bad bad bad, and if it''s used for a good cause, it''ll just screw things up! - Reply to this comment
