rudy6543 - OK - lets try an example. If you went to the police to report a crime and before they would take your report they forced you to donate to the poice charity wouldn''t you be upset? Even if it wasn''t necessary the perception would be that if you want police support you must make a donantion - that is graft.

That is how it will be perceived by Bill taking money while Hillary is negotiating.
