I did defend the Constitution by voting to remove the Republicans that have been shredding it protections for the last 8 years.

Yeah, there is. What do you NOT understand about the Constituional law that says a president MUST BE A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES!

Are you stupid, or just an argumentative idiot!

Posted by RowdynTex at 08:47 PM : Dec 13, 2008

BUT IT DOES NOT SAY YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL HAS ANY RIGHT TO REQUIRE PRODUCTION OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

The Supreme Court has reserved enforcement of those situations to the government itself and not individuals -- a very short and incomplete definition of standing.

I fully consider defending the United States Constitution as worth every penny of it!

They only made a statement saying the COLB was legitimate!

AGAIN, Obama can STOP IT! At any time, by abiding by our Constitution and proving up his birthright to it!

Posted by RowdynTex at 08:03 PM : Dec 13, 2008

If they were to show you the real certificate, you would grab it, rip it to shreds and declare that it never existed. If his Mother had shown you 8mm movies of the birth on the top of Diamondhead you would call her a liar and swear it was done on a soundstage. The only truth you will believe about Obama is your version. If GOD himself were to tranport you back to the moment of Obamas birth you would not believe, Just admit that you will never have a Black man for your President. It has nothing to do with truth and everything to do with Race.....

Can you prove to us that he has provided a physical copy to anyone

Under U.S. Law, he has no such obligation. Sorry ''''bout your luck....LOL

A conservative organization WDN or WND has reportedly reviewed the original along with factcheck.org. Both pronounced it valid along with the Hawaiian department in charge of that area.

If this is frivolous, Why hasn''''t Obama filed a case against Mr. Berg for Slander? I mean if this were correct, why has not Obama gotten tired and filed against him. Hell he hasn''''t even said a word about it. This case is going to remain active until Obama either proves grows the balls and counter sues or both

Posted by DJ_Houston at 08:39 PM : Dec 13, 2008

My statements were IF and possibly -- what Obama, you or Rowdy choose to do are your individual choices.

And there you have it! It is your non-legal opinion. Period!

And just for my non-legal opinion, we are going to continue all the way through inauguration day, and have no intention to stop, even after inauguration day.

It''s you money -- no one can stop you from throwing it at hopeless causes.

Sorry, Misha, we''''re not going to stop! We the people have rights, lest you not forget that!

Posted by RowdynTex at 08:22 PM : Dec 13, 2008

And those rights are spelled out in the constitution -- and nowhere in the constitution is there a right for any individual to require the production of another individual''s birth certificate. Legally in law not the constitution for specified purposes organizations and their agents are required to review some documents.

LMAO! Well, there you''''re wrong, Sir. Once a lawsuit has been filed against you, it is burden of both parties to prove up their cases.

Posted by RowdynTex at 08:30 PM : Dec 13, 2008

The burden of proof rests on the Prosecutor in a criminal case or the plaintiff in a civil case -- this is not the UK as I understand their law from a few articles.

Doesn''''''''t change the issue should the court be petitioned and chose to order payments by the those bringing for harassing or frivolous actions one bit --

Posted by misha128

How is this frivolous? I could see if he already provided a physical copy, but he has not. Therefore it is not frivolous

Posted by DJ_Houston at 08:08 PM : Dec 13, 2008

Frivolous in this case could be construed to be filing cases where any competent attorney would be expected to KNOW there was no standing for legal action. As Mr Berg continues repeatedly to file even though he has had his day in count and subsequent lost, being further informed of this significant standing issue, and several appellate actions also being rejected. In my non-legal opinion only, the more actions he brings in the same context the more likely his judgment as to the validity of pursuing those actions can be questioned as either harrassing or frivolous. Frivolous is not in a constitutional issue sense but in the actions considered reasonable for an attorney with the legal training and case law including decisions he has directly received in actions already taken.
