- Well just think how nice it would be, if Obama had actually nominated somebody for Secretary of State, who was actually Constitutionally qualified to accept that cabinet post; because Hillary Clinton, most certainly is barrred from any cabinet post by Article I Section 6 of the US Constitution.
James Madison, I think it was who wrote about corruption in government, when that part of the Constitution was written.
As a US Senator, Hillary Clinton voted to increase the already substantial salary paid to cabinet members; and she is thus barred from being appointed to any such position.
But when was the last time the Constitution got in the way of the crooks running the show.
Some Presidents (notably Reagan) have followed the intent of the Constitution, and not appointed good candidates to positions thay had already established a conflict of interest for; but then Obama is all for change, including running roughsdhod over the Very Constitution he will be required to take an oath of office to uphold; yeah some change we have handed ourselves. Well I didn''t vote for this guy. - Reply to this comment

- When Obama and his Administration get our country back on track, I hope they turn their attention toward the prosecution of The Bush and Cheney Crime families.

Me Too! We could do ourselves a favor and re-establish some credibility in the world if we re-asserted that NO ONE is above the law in this country!
The official investigation (it''s already pretty much done) needs to be one of the agenda items for the next congress. I plan on letting my congresspeople know that - in no uncertain terms! - Reply to this comment

- I am so glad that we now know who is running the show. And is is not The Great Ohbeemie. The CLinton''''s are back. Those that voted for Oh Bummer, turns out that your Messiah is nothing but a pawn that was played nicely by Hillary and her administration. He is exactly what people with a brain had pointed out a long time ago. A BIG PHONY.
