Pa. Democratic Party Leader Says TV Host Might Challenge GOP's Arlen Specter
- He just wants to get closer to Obama and hope they can somehow forge a love-child. His man-love for Obama is getting the better of him - perhaps he should reconsider before he becomes as big a joke as Stuart ''I''m good enough, I''m smart enough...'' Smalley running for the Senate in Minnesota.

- longtree: You avoid the actual U.S. Senate with former klansman Sen. Byrd, negligent homicide or worse Sen. Kennedy, and the loony toon trying to be U.S. Al Franken of Mn. I know that since these are Democrats they don''t count.

- With all the grief he gave the Clintons over the years, do you think Bill and Hillary will campaign for Specter just for the payback?
If he is looking at the Senate, he must not have a chance with Meet the Press - Reply to this comment
- Your a joke Mathews, but hey, if we can elect a junior senator with no experience as President, I don''''t see why we couldn''''t elect and brainless dem who has pretended to be a journalist for the last 10 years.

- I had no idea Matthews is 62 years old.

- If Matthews runs successfully it will confirm my belief that the average American does not deserve the "right" to vote. He is an egotistical moron.
