your right I don''t understand you veiw point what led up to your problems? I grew up dirt poor and had to make my own way. I never looked for other people to take care of me. I have always looked ahead and not lived outside my income. I knew what I could afford. I never let anyone tell my what they thought I could afford. For years people have been told to always improve their education. I have started back to school again at 50yrs of age and see what they ment. I retired 4 yrs ago and need to improve my market ability. We really can''t blame anybody but ourselves for not being involved.

I am counting these days. How could you sit there and blame the democrats, when it was you republicans who kept key legislation getting passed. Especially when you have a 2/3 majority for bills to get passed. I blame your president on his neglect of the economy. He has denied we are in a recession. He chose to turn his back on taxpayers instead he is in a hurry to bailout banks, CEOs thoughs who gets end of the year bonuses. As usual he wants to help thoughs at the top
and pray that it will work its way down. As I recall this is called Trickled Down Economics. Reagon did this before it didn''t work then and we know it doesn''t work now!

I guess you don''t understand things from my viewpoint.
I just got layed off this month. We''ve had this person in the White House with a Go it Alone mentality. You don''t understand world right now doesn''t want anything to do with us. I have suffered these near 8 years with Bush at the helm. I want a president who can reach out to everyone!

I guess I am wrong because I have a wait and see attitude. I wasn''t born when JFK was elected but I know from history that Kennedy had a dream team. Kennedy put his trust into people who were lucky. I
think we are worrying about something that hasn''t taken place yet. I for one would want people who has some idea on how this country functions best. I know
deep down inside this country can do so much better than this path we are on now.

sanvan11 did you watch the whole news cast on the Summit Bush had already met everyone of the other leaders and had their photo opps. The media did go back and correct the snub cast later. As far as the economic crisis goes the Democrats are in control of the house and senate long enough to have done something about it but chose to do nothing. Both parties are to blame but WHO HAS BEEN INCONTROL OF THE COMMITTEES?

All I''ve seen on this blog is people making fun of each other. I think this is rediculous. I''ve sat back
suffered under this current administration. I am one of the few who can''t wait for 52 days to hurry up and get here. I want Mr. Bush and Mr. Channey to go away.
I feel these near 8 years have been a nightmare for me. I wish he would do us all a big favor and leave the White House now. I am sick and tired of being told we are not in a recession and in actuality we are
in a global depression. I would love to see us getting
along with our neighbors again in this world. I just wish people would be willing to help each other again. I want to be able to have pride again, to be able to hold our heads up again with our international friends and allies.

I have several questions for the media. Why was it so important to put obama in the white house? Why hasn''t he put his ideas on how to save the economy in the news or at least since he was a senator introduced them in the Senate? Why does this look like the Clinton white house? Why hasn''t the media been as hard on the Democrats who have been in control of the House and Senate for 2 yrs? What promises have they kept since they have been in control? The truth of the matter is that Pelosi, Reid and Barney Frank should be thrown out and jailed for not doing their jobs. After all they were in control of the Chairmanships of the Finance and all other committees which had oversite they chose not to do anything but blame Bush. They had the chance to head this off but chose to do nothing. That seems to be how Washington does business blame each other and do nothing. In the real world businesses are better off if they are proactive instead of reactive. Well at least those that can''t get a bailout.

Great Emperor-elect Barack Obama was elected on a platform of "CHANGE".

His cabinet choices so far haven''t seemed to reflect that!

Back in 1960 when JFK was elected, he didn''t keep on or bring back any ex-Eisenhower people. He brought in new young fresh blood with new and forward-looking ideas.

I think this is what people wanted when they elected Obama. for sure, they didn''t want a "3rd term" of
George Bush which is what Obama was accusing John McCain of.

So I am skeptical of ANYTHING that ANYONE tells me about help being "on the way", especially when the people who might have had a hand in causing the mess we are in, are back for a second try at it!!!

SIG HEIL, I TOLD YOU I''D GET A 3RD TERM!!!, BUSH!!!
