- Yes, I use call queues that are very effective, but I let my staff number down this weekend to start celebrating the Thanksgiving week and one''''s child had a birthday bash planned today...as far saving recordings, I need some more servers and storage space I was planning to buy this year. But alas, now I''''m having to wait to look at some other expenditures...

I may be telling you things you already know, but if you are getting historicals there is software avalable to compare your traffic from last Thanksgiving and help you make those staffing decisions. how many CSR''s do you have? - Reply to this comment

You need a new call recording platform. Sounds like your call center software is at least basically adequate if you can monitor your queues. If you are using it properly it can keep your headcount and thus your overhead down.

Obama has never proposed any policy that would redistribute the wealth and you know it. If you are talkinjg about rolling back the tax cuts to the elite rich that woud amke him as much a communist as Ronald Reagan. The graduated income tax system was set up before Obama was born dearie. You understand she was a US attorney and Attorney General of Arizona, right? And you also understand that homeland Security responsible for coordination of law enforcement agencies, right? And you also understand that one of Obama''s goals is to make sure our security is protected without violating the citezens constitutional rights, correct? And also she was named one of the 5 best Governors in the US and was on a list of 8 women who could be considered as POTUS candidates. What is it you don''t like other than you think she is gay? And who would have been your choice?
