Well, Bill should be happy about having White House intern access again. Cigars all around!!

Clinton had EIGHT YEARS to stop globalization and the "giant sucking sound" of jobs that have left the country because of it.

Instead he made speeches FOR globalization and he cheered it on.

Maybe he was too distracted by that OTHER "sucking sound..."

Obama ran on the platform of change as well as against Clinton. He is not even in the White House and is already going against his promise of change.

I TOTALLY AGREE with Hillary preparing to be Secy of State.

In fact, I think she should RESIGN her Senate seat even BEFORE she gets picked for anything.

It''s the same "New Economy" deal we got in the high-tech industry. Give up your job FIRST, then HOPE you''ll get another one. Funny how those "whole new industries" never "sprang up" as we were promised. Now most of us former high-tech professionals are struggling to scratch out a living in sales somewhere.

Let Hillary get that same deal. Give up her current job FIRST. Then SEE IF she gets another one.

Maybe it''''s Obama obeying the rule "Hold, your friends close, hold your enemies closer"

You''re confused. His friends are what YOU call "enemies."

And I voted for him. Asbestos suit on.

It gives me the shivers to think of Hillary as Sec of State. She would probably do better that Cheney''s puppet Condi, but it still makes me wince.

Maybe it''s Obama obeying the rule "Hold, your friends close, hold your enemies closer"

Maybe Obama offered her a job as his secretary and she thought he said Secretary of State. That makes much mors sense

** Oh shut up jedi! Instead of blasting on Hillary, why don''t you suggest an alternative to Hillary? Other than Amnesty Richardson!

If Lieberjew can hold on to his position on a senate committee after supporting Amnesty Mccain for president,...... why shouldn''t Hillary atleast get a cabinet position??????

I hope she get the job. She will be VERY VERY VERY good. No matter what all the idiots say.

*** I agree! She would be a friendly face, and she is already wellknown, so it would be a huge factor... plus it isn''t as important as VP, where she would still be quite aways away from the white house. Secretary of State is a position that is more glamour than actual work... it would be perfect! And i''m honesty not a big Clinton fan.. I supported Edwards in the primaries, and Obama would have been my 2nd choice over Hillary.....

Also Obama is probably just playing her.

*** Probably not! I think it would be a win/win situation to have Hillary Clinton as secretary of state. If Clinton wants to run again in 8 years, she will keep her mouth shut against saying anything bad about Obama, and in return, he may endorse her for president in 8 years, or atleast not endorse any of her rivals for the white house in 8 years. At Joe Bidens age, I doubt he runs for president... he just doesn''t seem like 8 years from now he would want the job. Either John Edwards or Hillary Clinton will likely be the Democratic Nominee for president in 8 years.. It is good for Obama to have Hillary as secretary of State, to show people that Obama is a real uniter. I honestly is win/win.... and i''m not a huge fan of Hillary Clinton, but this gives her a chance to win over democratic voters in 8 years if she does a good jobs in Obama''s cabinet!

Clinton is fool if she takes it.

Also Obama is probably just playing her. To look like he is being a nice guy and all.

For Her to risk her senate seat, would be extremely bad.

Obama would love to have her out of the Senate, then fire her as Secretary Of State, or Blame her for anything that goes wrong.

He is sly and a cold and calculated guy. he is only into things that make him out to be the nice guy or God.

brundage3, as usual, you way over simplify the situation. In essence, Bill Clintons'' business dealing make him a lobbyist for a huge corporation based in the U.A.E. This company has financial interests all over the gulf region. If Ms. Clinton were to be selected as Secretary of State, her position would be on of great power and enormous influence both outside of the US and within, esspecially the White House. The fact the her husband is financially tied to foreign entities is of extreme relevence. Where will her true loyalties lie when negotiating on behalf of the interests of the United States. What if Bill Clinton was tied to big oil and she was nominated as Secretary of the Interior?

God...what a loathsome hag!

Sorry, I needed to do that. You see, it''s simply that I thought we were rid of her and now I realize I may have to look at that creature for the next four years. I feel much better now.
