The right to bear arms is part of that Constitution in the second amendment. Can anyone of you fools tell me why you all feel the need to buy automatic assault weapons? Or any type of lethal military weapons? You certainly cannot use them to hunt, and all you really need to protect yourself and your homes is a handgun. I think Americans have a right to bear arms, but I also think there should be a reasonable limit and the arms should match the need. For example I don''t think Americans need to own automatic assault weapons or tanks. How do you justify owning a combat assault weapon or a tank? Even if you own these as collector items the lethal functionality of these weapons should be disabled. When the right to bear arms was implemented many of these advanced weapons did not exist so the Law should be amended to address them.
