Comments on: Obama, McCain Vow To Cooperate
President-Elect Meets With Republican Former Rival At Transition Office In Chicago
- So there are still IDIOTS being disrespectful towards John McCain. Let''s settle this then. John McCain has accomplished more and is considerably wealthier than any of the morons being disrespectful in this blog. The Obama campaign had to paint him as Bush III to win ..... fine. Funny Mr. Obama chose to meet with him to discuss how to make government more efficient after campaigning that he was OUT OF TOUCH. Too, Obama is considering Hillary for a cabinet post? No foreign policy experience according to Obama, but you want her to be Secretary of State?! I''m impressed with that actually. Demonstrates you''ll lie to get what you want, but you''re not stupid enough to ignore experience.

- To all the Republican''s who voted for McCain..is he your Judas now?
To take a page from the Palin book, I don''t think he has anything to lose, he will probably retire soon and go to one of his 7 or 8 homes, if he can remember where they are, then he can go hunting with the Bush'' and the Cheney''s. Maybe make a side trip to his home in that fancy condo in Saudia Arabia. If Obama and McCain are both in agreement about allowing the ll million illegals (including Obama''s aunt) stay in our country, we will be very unhappy. Millions of American''s are losing jobs, there is no room for illegals taking jobs that American''s can and will do.
Obama said he wanted change but it looks like it''s the same old same ole. Hillary has too much baggage to be Secretary of State, Bill is the biggest baggage. What the heck is Obama thinking? (who cares was Henry Kissinger thinks anymore)Our country is in TROUBLE! and it don''t look like it''s gonna get better. Goodnight America. - Reply to this comment
- we should eliminate foreign policy as an agenda on our national strategy on recovery with the exception of dealing with lose nukes and natural disasters. We should do what McCain coined as Opt-out, put our cross national policy on freeze.

- McCain is more like Bush, than Bush is like Bush.Sr
We don''t need someone who flunked school and only care about foreign policy to run the country. If we have a China-Hawker[Paulson] it would still not bring any relief to this country, we need less rightwing trash in this country. - Reply to this comment

Democrats did not start a false war, they left office with a huge surplus, it is the republicans that does not care about the country, left them stranded in two wars and the economy in bad shape, I say and say this again, the job ahead is hard, you ugly American who-re should leave barack alone, I can''t wait to see what he does to AIPAC. - Reply to this comment
- Will Obama give time and money or is he just a preacher..and soon to "*** America" ?
Proof is in the action, not the word. This man was supported by the masses for having promised them the world without any past experiance or accomplishment..who is the fool???! Surely not I. - Reply to this comment
- You are a bunch raging morons. Defending a man who has accomplished NOTHING and PROMISES you everything. You think I am on the wrong track, wait two years then tell me you are better off..saying it now is just plain idiotic. Follow him into the abyss and there won''t be any rope left to pull you out. Poor pitiful you...don''t care.

- "Obama Wooed Federal Workers Before Vote"
This is the title of the Wash Post article -- posted here on the CBS site under "Politics" -- that libsh8theUSA posted partially.
Reading the entire article gives a much better perspective.
Obviously someone using a screen name that identifies "liberals" as some sort of excrement has an ideological bone to pick.
S''okay, it is a free country. I just like to let people decide for themselves by getting All the information available. - Reply to this comment

- The bankers golden parachutes and extravagant salaries should go down the drain just like everyones 401K''s did.Its sad that so many people have lost everything and their retirements, and Washington gives back billions to those who mismanaged the money in the first place. The only ones who will benefit are those that manipulated the system,And they are doing it with the approval of Congress...your lobby dollars hard at work.I wonder why the Democrats are pushing to bail out Detroit? It couldn''t possibly have anything to do with lobby dollars now could it....B.S. Lobbyists are lining up to BOTH parties right now jockeying for the money. When the smoke clears there will be two classes , the haves, and the have nots.
