youngthinker.............not true. Tax the top 10% percent who own more than 80% of all income will create much revenue while decreasing tax for the middle class will enable them to buy and consume again because there will be excess money left back. the economy is as strong as its consumers. it will work. common sense over ideology.

comeon11.......... Yes obama will inherit a crashed economy, but his promises of tax relief for the people would only prolong and increase the problem of our econnomy. If and only if his cabinet can realize and improve the economy accordingly through taxes and such other litigation then our tax breaks will be forgotten and all together dismissed. So what did the democrats actually vote for????? He will fix our economy, and give billions and trillions to our corrupted conglomerates. Yet bring in less to the government, people get real. He is no more a president than bush was the cabinet is what we need to pay attention too. By that you must try to foresee which canidate is going to elect whom for what then vote.

Those who voted Obama (52% of us Americans) will have a few questions when the campaign promises end up being exactly that. The real news outlets, like AP, scrutinized Obama''s promises, and they came to the conclusion that he''d miss the mark by a huge margin. So is Obama better than Bush? Donald Duck would have been better than Bush... Will he be Santa Claus to everyone and deliver on his grandiose promises? Don''t bet the outhouse on it.

shazam138............the change is in methodology just like bill Clinton''s in the 1990s. the change is in diplomacy, better foreign relations, government working for the people etc.......its the change in policies, not just personnel.

gotravel1................the group is not corrupt. the methods used (paying poor people based on commissions) was flawed. The acorn cases was less than 20,000 compared to 100 million voters. this had no impact on the elections, plus this happened before election and they did not count. acorn is irrelevant.

Yes,I do believe that ACORN is corrupt. The intention was to register as many black voters as democrats and infuse as many names as possible to confuse the poll workers, and in some cases,it worked. If you look on CNN at the vote distribution by state,a majority of many battleground states went republican except for the cities where ACORN infused their massive voter registration campaigns, targetting young and black voters.

Did you see the line of Obama devoted "volunteers" in Indianapolis standing in line to collust their pre-paid VISA cards and shouting "We want our money and we want it now"! Why is Obama still asking for donations on his website?I volunteered for McCain, and everyone I worked with did it out of a sense of dedication to our cause, not because we were being paid.we were led to believe that was true of Obama supporters, but I guess they were being bought.

shazam138................no. there is a difference. one has been in the white house and has been in the house for years and is quite capable, while the other is from Alaska and as dumb as a door ***. Big difference.

I will not quit! We have seen a mockery of our democracy in this election;I have heard numerous stories of voter difficulties. It''s high time we make sure that every voter be able to prove who they are with a valid photo ID with a current address.I am sick and tired of working my entire life, paying taxes and having them fund corrupt organizations like ACORN.Enough is enough!

Obama will have to inherit a crashed economy so he needs young but experienced personnels. This was a pretty good choice.

I love that Obama''s first two picks are Chicago buddies;nothing like starting the pay back!My daughter,an orthopedic resident in Pittsburgh, stood in line to vote and witnessed a poll worker helping a mentally challenged woman to vote(wonder who she voted for),and many uneducated blacks casting their votes. She was disgusted because she has gone into debt to pay for medical school,is working 80-100 hours a week, all for the priviledge of having her taxes raised to "spread the wealth around".I had two friends show up to vote in Louisiana, and the poll worker told them that their voter registrations had been withdrawn at their request;the only problem is,they had not requested it,and there was NO PROOF! They were not permitted to vote. What is going on in our country? Why can''t we have standard voter registration requiremnts that you MUST HAVE a valid driver''s license or photo ID with current address that can be scanned into a system to validate it,before you can vote?WE must demand that our tax dollars are NO LONGER funneled into ACORN to corrupt our democracy!
