As a longtime Washingtonian, I wholeheartedly agree with the comment about elite Washington Establishment since I too had long been suspected about it, since all the so-called commanders-in-chief are more of the same when it comes to truly major policies which are actually laid out by establishment in Washington,DC, and then spoon-feed to whoever occupys 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. McCain was a gracious loser. And Obama was a gracious and humble winner. I supported and voted for Obama. But, it''s in poor taste to gloat at the Republicans. It''s time for everybody to knock off the bullsh*t and act like human beings. Let''s get this country together people.

Yesterday, McCain showed a lot of class in his remarks. God Bless him.

I only wish his class would rub off on the right wing talk show hosts that are continuing to bash Obama. They cannot get it through their thick skulls that the election is over and that the American people chose Obama over their advice and wishes.

McCain did good. Go out like the man he used to be. He really let this campaigning turn him into somebody who was difficult to respect. He was the old McCain again. Decent. Time to support Obama now and get us out of this mess.

steeepe, I also thought McCain''s speech last night was the best he has given this election. It reminded me of the OLD McCain, the guy who I voted for in 2000.

It''s still going to take a lot for him to wipe clean the stain on his honor of running the scummiest most deceitful campaign of our lifetimes.
