Wow! You invoke Regan but Bill Clinton claimed to have balanced the budget years later. As for the bailout. That was caused by unscrupulous lenders, fraudulent policies written by AIG and irresponsible homeowners who bought houses they new they couldn''t afford. Not by POTUS.
