WHY DOES HE PLEAD I DON''T KNOW SO MUCH?From Dreams of My Father: "I ceased to advertise my mother''''''''s race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites."

From Dreams of My Father: "I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother''''''''s race."

From Dreams of My Father: "There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white."

From Dreams of My Father: ; "It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names."

From Dreams of My Father: "I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn''''''''t speak to my own. It was into my father''''''''s image, the black man, son of Africa, that I''''''''d packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, Dubois and Mandela."

From Audacity of Hope: "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

You know, I donot think it is that voters really donot like McCain..I think it is because the DNP has kept pushing his age, they are afraid he is going to croak in Office and Palin will be Prez..I think voters are afraid to vote for McCain because they cannot have him removed from office (Which no doubt Congress would apporve) becuase then again Palin will hold the position...Its not McCain they donot like, but Palin.

However, I am afraid of the opposite for then we would be stuck with Biden and he''s nothing to crow about either!!! If you looked at HIS Senate voting record, he should actually be a Republican!!!

"Obama was raised for the most part by his mother and her parents in Hawaii."

Can I just ask ONE question..I thought his mother remarried and lived in Indonesian with her new husband and gave up her citizenship and that Barack lived with her there until he was 10 or 11 when she sent him to live with her parents..So how did she raise him in Hawaii???

Do you really think Senator Obama is that stupid that if he knew of his aunt''''s status, and it was illegal, he would have done nothing? The man is intelligent!

Yup! 20+ years in Rev. Wrights church and he never knew that Wright is a racist, American hating man who uses his pulpit for spreading more hate. Obama sounds like Elmer Fudd when trying to explain his relationships with questionable people.

Like most people, its not his skin color that is making me not vote for him, but his ideas.

I want a president that is willing to fight for our country, not for our enemies. One who believes in this country. Will Obama take an oath to uphold our nation and its constitution when he has admitted several times that he does not believe in it?

Wake up people. We have the chance to keep our nation free and fair or lose it due to ignorance. Keep in mind that fairness should not mean the results are fair. If that were the case every student should get the same grade in class regardless of how much time they spent studying. It means we all have a chance to better our own situation.

I believe many Americans are uneasy because Obama has masked himself (with the media''s aid). He''s masked his past, his friendships and alliances, his philosophy, and even his family details. But every now and then the mask slips and reveals a cultural radical; a constitutional radical; a socialist radical; a foreign affairs radical. And though the mask is quickly fixed back on, and the slip duly papered over by the MSM, I think doubts linger with middle America.
There is much to dislike about John McCain. But he is transparent, and Americans can know and weigh his flaws. I think Americans sense that they haven''t been let in on Obama''s true identity; they''re buying a pig in a poke. And the MSM''s increasingly absurd lengths to prop him up and tear down anyone opposed to him are backfiring. The MSM isn''t just running defence, they''re seen to be running defence -- the Los Angeles Times'' partisan decision not to release a videotape of Obama meeting with a Palestinian radical being the perfect example. Americans don''t know many details about Obama -- but they know they don''t know, and they know they don''t know because the media won''t investigate Obama. A steady stream of disconcerting reports of voter registration fraud, combined with an extremely heavy-handed approach to dealing with mild critics (like the illegal release of Joe the Plumber''s private tax and divorce data) only adds to the feeling of unease.
I bet McCain will win.

He gave her $260.00 back, to save face... Posted by sir22581

You would think that since she gave it to him in increments for such a long perios he would have tacked on some interest!! And to give it back was really no help because now she will have to report that extra income....

There you go again..Open mouth, insert foot...

You donot know my age NOR my level of Education..

I know all what you mentioned and more..I also know it was Slick Willie who de-regulated our banking system and look what THAT has done for our Country. And NO, I didnot support Bush''s Free Trade Agreement with Mexico either. NOR do I support tax breaks for Corporations doing business overseas. But I DO support tax breaks for Corporations who stay in the US.

Sadly, stuff like this doesn''t matter; it''s too late to try and make the case against Obama. So much about his questionable past and adulthood; so much bout his questionable multi-year relationships and affiliations. So much about his radicalism and extremism, which he''s been groomed for over a period of twenty or so years. The media and the easily swayed delusinal supporters of Obama haven''t any conscience or moral fiber to fully appreciate any of this stuff, let alone have the wisdom to be able to objectively question and challenge him on such matters. Obama hates whites, which is why he probably thanks the good Lord everyday that his appearance favors his father''s race and not his mother''s.
