Charlie1000 you are so right. What about Obama''s past? Everyone is questioning the character and honor of Senator McCain and Gov. Palin. Why is Obama off limits? Why don''t the nightly news anchors just wear Obama shirts and be done with it...we all know where they stand.

If people can complain & criticize John Edward for his $400 haircut, why cant people complaint/criticise Palin for her $150,000 wardrobe ? Why the double standard and why should Palin be handled differently just because she is a woman ? Perhaps if she wasnt so bleeding hypocritical about her being a hockey mom and joe six-pack, noone would have picked on her $150,000. She should watch what comes spewing out of her toothy gap next time and not just say anything to woe the voters.

Are the liberal media run out of ammunition against Gov.Palin?

The main media are keep talking about the clothes of Gov.Palin!!

Why are they not talking about the dubious past and dubious connections of Obama?

Newmark3 you sure have a lovely way of using the English language...if that''s the only kind you know you should be writing articles for some smut magazine.
How intelligent, succinct and articulate you are...NOT! Hope the school systems had a much better influence on the rest of your family or better yet why don''t you try Sunday school to start.

Oh and by the way I am sure that Michelle doesn''''t have a closet full of J Crew

Posted by american30 at 11:47 AM : Oct 28, 2008

We don''t care what Obama has a closet full of--we only care if we paid for whatever was in that closet--thinking we were giving to political campaigns and it went to dress someone who claimed to be just an ordinary, middle class person. THAT is what we care about. If you can complain about Edward''s 400.00 hair cut, others can complain about public money or donations for politics going to dress Palin and her family. Send her to the Gap or Banana Republic or hell, even Target--if she is not phony, she''d shop where the rest of Middle America shops.

Are you kidding me?? Show us the proof that they buy their own clothes. Where''''s the proof. Seems to me the messiah dresses in some real, real nice suits and shirts.

Remember the old adage that the person makes the clothes NOT the clothes make the person? That applies to people with character, they can make a rag look great--but for nasty little azzholes--it takes a lot of money to clean them up and give them the fake aura of class. In Sarah''s case, it took about 150K to do that.

I looked at the J Crew Catalog online. I didn''''t see that outfit offered.

Posted by quepdds at 01:46 PM : Oct 28, 2008

Did she say the outfit was new? YOu''d have to know what season she bought the outfit to find it. Duh...

Posted by seriousinusa,You are stupid. Michelle Obama is a beautiful full figured black woman. Nancy Reagan was only classy to old white stuff shirts replublicans.
Jackie was classy and beautiful just like Michelle is. Funny how many whites want to call Michelle names, while you''re running to the tanning salon trying to get darker, to the plastic surgeon trying to get fuller lips, hips, and breast. Could it be if you are a woman you are flat and pale, and if you are a man, you call Michelle names because your wife or girlfriend if you have either are flat and pale.

Wonder how much Biden''''s suits cost, or Obama''''s? Does anyone care. Nope. So what is the big deal? If Palin wore regular priced clothes then she would be chided for being ''''frumpy''''. What a stupid topic.

The big deal is who paid for it and who keeps pretending they are like the "average Joe" when they do that. Still waiting for someone to explain why Piper is shown carrying a over 1000.00 dollar grown up Louis Vuitton bag? Dress up on the tax payer''s dime?

".....You would rather have a decent God sent person who not only is intelligent but is a direct descendent of god, this is not man''''s doing this is what God has ordained because the bigots are sneding this country to HE)). So now God has stepped in like he did with Moses, Joseph David etc. Now OBAMA,so whether you like it or not. ...... "

I''m not sure what the heck you''re trying to say here, but it sounds suspiciously like you''re trying to tell us Obama is The Missiah. Man, I KNEW some people believed that........
