Consider this. If there exists a Republican who is even remotely resonsible for the Fannie Mae fiasco and financial meltdown the Dems (Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Harry reid) would have them at a capital hill inquisition. This financial mess was Democrat inspired and they know it.

But Barney is still running for his seat anyway. america needs change. Vote McCain/Palin.

Hey, we have a guy without any references running for president.

1. No birth certificate
2. No college transcripts
3. No friends to vouch for him

Most Republican didn''t even like Stevens and he was going to lose anyway, so this is sort of the final nail in his coffin. All this verdict did was make a narrow victory into a comfortable victory for the Democrats. The GOP was never realistically counting on holding this seat. They knew that 5 seats were goners, Stevens included. But they could possibly lose as many as 11 seats if it''s a tidal wave.

He''s a jolly good fellow and a good friend of John and Sarah. Lets check them out and see how much the oil companies gave to them under the table!!!!!

That arrogant man got just the verdict he deserved. We all know Stevens is a crook. But he also believes he''s smarter than everyone else in the world. How else could he look at those jurors and tell them someone gave him hundreds of thousands of dollars but that he didn''t know it. If someone stuffed a few hundred thousand dollars into Bill Gates'' pockets, he''d know it. Stevens has a very low opinion of the people of Alaska. Simply put, he thinks Alaskan voters are stupid. On election day, we''ll find out if he''s right. I''m putting my money on Alaskans.

If Obama wanted to emulate McCain''s attack ads, we would hear robocalls in the Heartland informing America''s patriots that McCain:

a) was in the pocket of former Lincoln Savings & Loan president and convicted criminal Charles Keating;

b) was buddies with fellow convicted criminal Republicans Ted Stevens, Tom Delay, Scooter Libby, Bob Allen, Trent Lott, Jack Abramoff, Don Young, Larry Craig, Randy %u201CDuke%u201D Cunningham, Tom Feeney, Alberto Gonzoles, Bob Ney, Rick Renzi, Richard Curtis, Steven Griles, Mark Foley...etc;

c) accepted political donations from the Watergate convicted criminal G. Gordon Liddy;

d) picked a runningmate mired in scandal (Troopergate) and has acted "unethical" according to her own people - - and doctored expense reports to bilk her taxpayers;

e) gave up information to his communist captors in North Vietnam, whereas other American prisoners did NOT;

McCain has a lot to answer for. You can%u2019t call yourself a patriot while voting for criminals.
