Lots of political figures have been on SNL, but Palin will forever be remembered, not for being on SNL, but as the SECOND female vice-presidential candidate who lost.

Thank God she will never be the VP or POTUS.

Who the hell is Geraldine Ferarro...?

Dems are going to be so shocked when McCain/Palin wins. they will cry "Foul!" they will cry "Fix!" because they have talked themselves into something that doesn''t exist. Well in this country votes count (sorry Acorn) and McCain is already in front. haha

Plus Tina Fey has more EXECUTIVE experience as the head of the SNL writers.

haha Head of the writers huh? Did you watch that show? I mean, Palin aside, do you really want to extol the merits of Tina Feys'' writing ability? That show (or at least that episode) was the single most stupidist, moronic, boringest thing I have ever seen on television. Plus, where was Tina Fey? Oh, she was in the opening scene yeah - but after that, nothing. Did the mere fact of having Palin on the show go against her principles? What a hippocrite! As is Katie Couric too, riding Palins wave.... but really cant stand her. Typical of Democrats stating Palin is stupid for not realizing she is being used (she does), while saying nothing on the ones doing the using. BTW Did I say that episode su_cked?

I couldnt give a stuff about who wins the US election, but I thought she looked like someone who was too arrogantly stupid to realise she was, with her own assistance, being utterly humiliated. What amazes me more is how split america is on everything, including how she fared on the show. How could anyone say she was ''funny'', or proved she had a ''sense of humour''? The US is so polarised these days as to have removed factual logic almost completely from its society, replacing it with emotional, political and often hateful opinion. Nowadays, right and wrong, truth and lie, and even day and night are no longer fact, but dependent on which american you ask, and the reasons given for their answer are often more ridiculous than the answer itself.

Hmmm..Palin wouldnt front up to mainstream media to answer serious questions about the economy, foreign affairs, etc BUT she make time to appear on SNL ? That really says it all about this VP candidate. It shows she has nothing between her ears, where the normal human being''s brains are.

If one were being honest, one would admit that Tina Fey would be a MUCH better choice to serve as Vice President than Sarah Palin. (Tina Fey is both intelligent and talented. That alone gives her a boost over Palin!)

So when is Palin going to have a press conference, or appear on Face the Nation and Meet the Press?

pussersuggs, I''d guess you are a typical McCain/Palin supported, dumb as a bag of rocks

Too bad SNL didn''t cut Palin, it would have been a better show.
