SOooooo, no matter how many ''''''''MICKEY MOUSES" are registered to vote, only the REAL Mickey Mouse will be allowed to vote...after showing his I.D.....

got it???

Posted by LIBslapper at 04:01 PM

That''s right. And if the "real" Mickey mouse''s SS# does not match with the same name, Mickey will be in a lot of trouble. The case then becomes voter fraud and will be pursued as such. Until someone shows up to claim responsibility for the fake name or info--by trying to show ID and vote--it is nothing more than bogus paper clutter and is usually bound up and thrown away. The fact is--when people register others off the street to vote, they do not ask for ID--they just have people fill in the info or they fill it in for them--and they have to take the answers they get at face value--any name or info is suspicious (like Mickey mouse or social # 100-00-1000) is immediately id and flagged and sent for further investigation. The reason there is no case is that the perp--whoever it is, does not usually show up to claim their bogus info--this is also why--even if GOP operatives work to give ACORN fake info--it means nothing the proof is not in the application--it is in trying to act on the app.

So I guess since the platform stinks, the running mate has proven to be a dud, the record is less than stellar and the economy is on life support; it''s time to try to buy votes with a few crumbs from the treasury.

Did you notice how the price of gas suddenly is sinking? Gee, by election time it will be back to a buck fifty a gallon. Funny how that happens all by itself.

Oh, and let''s not forget the so-dear-to-the-heart Repugnican capital gains initiative which is just another giveaway to the fatcat contributors.

Sorry, John, my dear, dear friend. I''m not bought.

Not by a long shot.

As I have been saying all day the HAVA act validations prevent applications for Mr Mouse and Mr Duck and Goofy from appearing on the voter rolls all together. PS. My state already has an ID law.

There is a difference between accusation, proof and conviction -- you are counting those chickens a little early -- assuming you are still the pre-law student you claimed to be yesterday. I recall you falsely accusing me of the same yesterday -- when I claimed Palin lied about an accusation of misconduct being in the troopergate report. Very different from claiming misconduct has been proven as the Gov and the Court have not participated in a hearing of the matter or as you just have.

Rowdy (GetrealTex) aka Rowdywicca, wellhell3, StormyTexan, Rowdytexan---is a consummate liar. She/he has claimed to support HRC, be an old, fat woman, be a retiree, be a person who works in a volunteer call center, business owner with employees--and now a prelaw student? Most likely--similar to Levi Johnston--just trailer trash and erstwhile hack for the McCain campaign. Not to be taken seriously --wants to be validated by having you treat her as intelligent and wants to continually be noticed by you posting to her. Typical neo con loser/poseur.

A new CBS News/New York Times poll finds that 89 percent of Americans believe that country is on the wrong track

Bush supporters down to 11 percent and dropping 6 % in the past poll alone.

A common clue that they are paid shills for McCain is that they post the same stuff hourly and daily. No real discussion is ever had.

And what diabolical plans do you have for Pat Roberts?

Posted by ozilot at 03:53 PM : Oct 14, 2008

I like Pat Roberts. Not his ideas or the way he was lockstep with Bush--I like the way his staff help out the ordinary citizens in my state. If you call them with a problem that the government can get involved in--they get in there pronto and move stuff. Like if you are having a problem with a Fed or State Agency, his team acts like an influential friend and stuff that could not get done in weeks of calls and letters--gets done in a few days or sometimes in a few hours. Their response time is within 24 hours and their results (at least for my issues) is 100% resolution. I should have exempted Chuck Hagel too--but he quit didn''t he?

The Christians in Iraq can explain how they were in general peace before the invasion, but after the invasion they suddenly were being attacked and killed by all kinds, including Al Qaeda. Now they are fleeing for their lives.

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama can''''t change his birthright, even though he''''s tried to re-invent himself six or eight times.

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama came out against the Iraq war because he''''s an Arabic/Muslim and he was wrong!

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama can''''t come up with anything other than a bait and switch tax plan suitable for a used car salesman!

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama put out ***** about Sarah Palin as being sessionist, when he said himself he would stand with his Muslim brethern should the political winds in America change...that''''s sessionism!

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama came out and said our flag and anthem were symbols of OPPRESSION! And if he really believes that, then he can''''t even begin to qualify as president of the United States!

Too bad Barak Hussein Obama is just a cheap empty suit and a liar who has never done anything for ONE AMERICAN CITIZEN except scam elections from one black woman, two black men, one white woman, and is trying it again against another white woman!

You''''''''''''''''re right, they need to stop committing voter registration FRAUD!

Posted by GetRealTex at 03:48 PM

The HAVA act validations on new registrations have been doing that effectively for years now == you really need an updated news source.

Posted by misha128 at 03:50 PM : Oct 14,

Oh really? Then why, as we speak, is Patrick Fitzgerald ONCE AGAIN going after ACORN for voter registration violation FRAUD? This time using RICO which will tie in Obama and the DNC?

Yep, I remember Limbaugh bragging about operation chaos, as he called it. I remember that his complaint was that he and his listeners were justified for this fraud because they got stuck with worthless McCain. He had every toothless redneck calling in and bragging how they went down to register democrat and were winking at whoever was taking their registration. Yep, it''s just patriotism when Republicans cheat and steal elections.

START WITH ACORN....THE DEMOCRATIC LIE MACHINE....YOU GUYS ARE NOT NEARLY AS GREAT IN NUMBERS AS YOU THINK YOU ARE.

Posted by LIBslapper at 03:52 PM : Oct 14, 2008

Most of the "fraud" or signatures so far have been blatant--like Indiana Jones or Betty Boop--obviously fake--that is why the charges don''t stick--to make the charges of fraud stick--it is not how many are registered to vote--it is how many of the fraudulent names or Social Security numbers actually try to vote. In order to prove a case--someone must show up with the corresponding ID and attempt to vote under that name--other wise it is unfortunate hijinks--and that is the reason that in the past 18 years there have been no successful cases against ACORN--it is just another red herring so Republicans do not have to realize that they lost because the rest of the country rejects them and their party.
