- Obama''s economic proposals are substantial.
Today, McCain will compete with his economic proposals.
The competition will be highly debatable, because the taxation policies will shift from and to different types of incomes that slice different ways though the constituent base of both political parties.
After taxation policies are implemented, the Senate and House will look at government contracts and see how they are apportioned throughout the different states and districts and begin a transfer of wealth with plans of their own. My elderly (Jewish) parent''s in a retirement complex changed their vote, and some of their friends to Obama. McCain''s rhetoric, inciting hatred and racism reminded them of Hitler. They also HATE Palin. - Reply to this comment

- I heard an interesting statistic on the radio on the way home yesterday. According to the IRS the "Richest" 50% of americans pay 97% of the taxes collected.... And the "Poorest" 50 percent pay only 3%.... If Obama cuts taxes for 95% of American families... how many of those will be getting a check rather than a tax cut?
