GetRealTex -- there is another major difference I have the opinion of an experienced prosecutor and the evidence in the report and supporting your assertions there appears nothing more than the evidence of the keystrokes you made to type the assertion -- no supporting evidence and no credible source to substantiate the claims.

You critize Palin''s kids because that is all you have on her. And I think teen pregnancy is not a Democrat or Republican issue. And if anything, its more of a republican issue because majority of republicans are against killing babies aka abortion.

Wrong again my assertion started with an accusation Gov Palin lied about the Legislative report clearing her -- far from on the top of page 8 appears a clear finding of probable illegal activity.

I care about Sarah Palin''s kids because of two reasons...
1.) You GOP people want to legislate people''s reproductive organs, when you have leaders who can''t even control the reproductive organs of the people living in their houses.
2.) You know McCain supporters would be making huge comments if it was Obama''s 17 year old daughter. You guys make huge comments all the time about pregnant teenagers and parents being irresponsible...SUDDENLY, it is off-limits.

- Alaskan Republicans obviously have difficulty with the language used in the lower 48. (1) Exonerate means to free of blame, which certainly did not happen for Palin. She is using exonerate in the narrowly constructed legal sense only based on the inability of the investigating committee to bring criminal charges. These charges could not be brought because the committee has no legal standing to do so, not because there was allegedly no wrongdoing. (2) The finding that there was a violation of law, towit, "Alaska Statute 39.52.110(a) of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act," simply confirms that Republicans do not consider a law involving ethics to be a real law, hence abiding by it is not important. It will be interesting to hear her Sunday School lesson.
