Thats because he can''''t,
posted by dbaecht

Already answered the question. His name is Jesus Christ. But you didn''t like the answer, so you, like so many other anti-Christian Bible haters, continue to falsely accuse and ask the same questions over and over again in hopes of getting the answer "you want to hear".

I would like to personally thank you for affirming the words of the Lord in Matthew 5:10-12

God bless you!

"-It appears you are comparing Barak Obama to Jesus Christ."

ONLY AN IDIOT WOULD SURMISE THAT. I was specifically referring to Jesus Christ.

THE QUESTION IS: WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN IT?

JESUS MUST BE SO PROUD OF YOU.

"CAN YOU PLEASE PRODUCE SOMEONE WHO WITNESSED THE BIBLE BEING WRITTEN?"
Thats because he can''t, there is no way of knowing how accurate the bible version they use today.
Back before the Gutenburg invented the printing press, you had a bunch of scribes that made copies of a bible using a master of unknown origin, that may or may not have been correct.
Add to that, a english king had it rewritten to please him and the offical churc of england

Jesus is not alive today. Please produce a LIVING HUMAN BEING.
Posted by slownewsdays at 10:30 PM : Oct 12, 2008

Wrong again. Jesus is alive and well. He is the living and resurrected God who has always been.

But while you brought up the subject, who''s alive today that witnessed Darwin''s version of history, dating back through the dinosaurs and all the other creatures in his timeline of millions of years of history.

Who''s alive today that witnessed these so-called "events" in Darwin''s version of history?

-It appears you are comparing Barak Obama to Jesus Christ.

You are only verifying my point exactly. You look at Barak Obama as some sort of "Messiah".

Louis Farakan called him the "messiah" as well. Do you agree with Farakan?

So is OBama the "mahdi" you''ve been waiting on?

The Spirit of the Lord is alive and well slownewsday. And I''m talking about the true Lord, Jesus Christ, not "allah".

The Bible tells us that where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. That''s why the USA has been blessed with so many freedoms.

But since you liberals/atheists/secularists want to throw Him out of everything, we''re seeing the end result of your wishes in our society today, which has slowly drifted into chaos and disorder, just as Darwin would have it.

Be very scared of this Man.

He pals around with people who wanted to overthrow the government. One of them is His closest follower.

He also pals around with persons whose business dealings are shady.

He was listening to a raving religious lunatic, and spoke well of him, but rejected the vision of that raving lunatic, but He praised him nonetheless.

He despises capitalism and instead promotes a very socialistic vision during speeches.

He believes health care is a right not a privilege and allows people to be cured for the least expense.

He talks about hope and did not incite fear, nor promoted it, with those He talked to.

He kept back a lot of things secret and would not say everything He knew to everyone.

He did not speak or rile the crowds to anger and hate but pushed for change.

He also talked about meeting your enemy without precondition.

He only told the truth about Himself to those He trusted.

Somebody shouted "Kill Him!" at an important political gathering.

In the last minutes of His Life forgave a thief and died besides scoundrels.

Oh, and He lived 2000 years ago...maybe that''s why you are no longer afraid of Him

JESUS MUST BE SO PROUD OF YOU!

Idiot - you asked for a witness walking around today. I am asking the same. Answer the question.
Posted by slownewsdays at 10:25 PM : Oct 12, 2008

Again, Jesus Christ, the living, resurrected, and True God of Salvation who has always been.

I asked you for a witness of the events of Darwin''s timeline of history. I asked you for a witness of his stories. But you''re twisting my words in order to push your agenda, because AGAIN, you DIDN''T get the answer that you wanted.

So go off to your next victim, you psycho.

I have news for those that think there should be no seperation of church and state. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the US. When they become the majority I suspect that you will be backing the seperation of church and state. That will be a major flip-flop
Posted by TangoUniforn at 10:23 PM : Oct 12, 2008

Christianity does not force people to believe in Christ. Islam forces people to submit to their religion and if anyone dares to leave that religion the penalty in most muslim countries is death in allot of occasions.

Again, Christ didn''t force anyone to believe in Him when He was on earth, and He certainly doesn''t now.

The concept of separation of church and state IS NOT in our US Constitution, and the only thing it means is that we will not be governed by a DENOMINATION of Christianity, but it doesn''t have anything to do with REMOVING CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES from our government.

Again, you secularists/liberals have been trying to throw the Lord out of our government for decades now, and we''re seeing the end result of your decisions to do so.

Our country continues to get worse and worse and worse economically and morally because you guys wanted to throw God out.

Congrats, you''re now getting what you wanted. Total chaos.

CAN YOU PLEASE PRODUCE SOMEONE WHO WITNESSED THE BIBLE BEING WRITTEN?

Otherwise, as you implied, it should not be believed.

Actually I answered that question: His name is JESUS CHRIST.

You just didn''t get the answer you wanted, so you''ll continue to copy and paste copy and paste until you get what you want to hear, but pal, you''re not going to get what you "want to hear" from me, so you might as well move on to the next victim of yours.

It figures that you would interpret in your twisted mind.
Our freedom comes from the first ammendment and this is the letter that has been used the most to support that interpretation of the first ammendment

RedfromLA your rants demonstrate that clearly you have no rebuttal to the facts that are out there about Obama.

Us Americans will speak out against this socialist whether you like it or not, got it?

Some of us are responsible voters who actually do research on a candidate before casting our votes, instead of voting for them "Because he says so", like you are irresponsibly doing with Obama as your Savior.

Is he the "madhi?" yes or no?

That John McCain would name this radical religious extremist to his ticket without examining her past says a lot about his extraodinary lack of judgment and common sense. McCain is not the man he once was. Fortunately, it looks like this dangerous woman will not get anywhere near the presidency.

See, your ignorance of the Muslim faith has blinded your reasoning. When a Muslim says they are not Muslim, they are denouncing their faith. It can not be a lie for when they denounce their faith that''''s it.
posted by RedFromLA

-Why do I have to do your homework for you RedFromLA?

Have you researched the Muslim religion at all? If you have, then you would know that they are ACTUALLY ALLOWED TO LIE and use deception in order to push their agenda.

Here you go:

Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should be truthful to each other.

There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. One of those circumstances is to gain the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.

Jesus must be so proud of you!

Bringing up factual things about Obama and his radical associations and ties are not "false accusations", they are easily researched and known facts.

If you can refute the facts that are out there, then be my guest, but "Because Obama says so" is not a valid rebuttal.

He is not the Messiah, and he is not incapable of being dishonest.

part 3
Some have argued that his letter to the Danbury Baptists had no connection to the First Amendment at all, yet that is clearly false because Jefferson precedes his "wall of separation" phrase with an obvious quote of the First Amendment. Others have tried to argue that it was written to appease opponents who had labeled him an "atheist" and that the letter was not meant to have any larger political meaning.

But this would not be consistent with Jefferson''s past political history. An excellent example of why would be his tireless efforts to eliminate the compulsory funding of established churches in his native Virginia. The final 1786 Act for Establishing Religious Freedom read in part that:

...no man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship, place or ministry whatsoever, nor shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burdened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer on account of his religious opinions of belief...
