- The point is being missed big time. The Obama link to Ayers isn''t related to this radical moron''s bombings in the sixties, its the Obama link to Ayers in the past ten years or so. Dragging up things like the Keating Five or Iran-Contra shows the extreme immaturity and stupidity of the Obama campaign and kicking up the sand to blind the truth about his suspicious relationships and associations of many years with the likes of Ayers, Rezko, Pfleger, Farrakhan, Wright, Moss, and others. Obama''s character and ability to judge rationally, soundly and objectively and for all and not just a narrow focused few is seriously and dangerously flawed. Grow up baby Obama and take with it all of your other disenchanted and malcontent kiddies.

- "The basic tenants of Conservatism are belief in the rights and responsibilities of INDIVIDUALS. They believe government exists to serve the people. They believe the less government intrusion, the better."
What? This may well be the "basic" tenant, but that''s not how conservatism is practiced in the US. "Conservatism" here means government intrusion into peoples'' bedrooms, computers, cellphones, and forcing crackpot religious beliefs into all phases of public life. Conservatism here means forcing children to have babies. Conservatism here means a hatred of science. Here you have Christian Caribou Barby heading to Washington babbling in tongue about 6000 year-old dinosaurs. That''s US conservatism. The laughing stock of the civilized world. - Reply to this comment

- Wow, lets grow up people. In fairness to both candidates patriotism and terrorism are devided by a fine line that''s easily blurred. Sen. Mccain should have learned this in his seventy-two years. As a member of the military I have to have respect for my enemies. Sometimes the similarities between groups of men fighting for their respective causes gives you Conflicts you. Liberty is mans right to breath free air and do with is land as he chooses. Patriots and terrorists are determined not by whose right but by the side that wins. In Ameicas case, the colonists became patriots because we won, in the eyes of the british we are terrorists who were disloyal to the crown. Todays terrorists can very easily become tommorows patriots. We have to choose our sides wisely. Go Navy! Beat Army!

- Your comment is total nonsense. Get off the Internet right now and go read a book. You are truly clueless.
The basic tenants of Conservatism are belief in the rights and responsibilities of INDIVIDUALS. They believe government exists to serve the people. They believe the less government intrusion, the better.
The basic tenants of Liberalism include that all rights and responsibilities belong to the STATE. They believe people exist to serve the government, and they exploit that in high taxes/income redistribution. Liberals want big, expensive central government.
That''''s 101 for you... now go out and learn further WHY conservatives will always be doing battle with liberals, and why a moderate poisiton is in the best interests of society.

- The U.S. Council for World Freedom was part of an international organization linked to former Nazi collaborators and ultra-right-wing death squads in Central America. The group was dedicated to stamping out communism around the globe.
The council''''s founder, retired Army Maj. Gen. John Singlaub, said McCain became associated with the organization in the early 1980s as McCain was launching his political career in Arizona. Singlaub said McCain was a supporter but not an active member in the group.
MCCAIN AND PALIN LINKS MAKES OBAMA''''s FRIENDS LOOK LIKE SAINTS
The Alaskan Independence Party and Palin''''s Connection
Palin had an "association" with the Alaskan Independence Party (AIP)
Alaskan Independence Party challenges the legality of Alaska''''s statehood
The founder of the AIP, Joe Vogler, who died in a plastic-explosives accident (but that''''s a whole other story) is clearly a radical simply by his own words.
ABC and CBS reported that Vogler said, "I''''m an Alaskan, not an American. I''''ve no use for America or her damned institutions." He also said that "the fires of Hell are glaciers compared to my hate for the American government." - Reply to this comment
