why should Americans put this country in the hands of an UNPROVEN, UNTESTED novice with baggage that could take the entire country

I agree! that''s why I don''t want PALIN anywhere near the White House!

McCAIN said "I''m not Bush". Republicans would agree since they picked Bush over McCAIN in the 2000 primaries. Apparently he isn''t even as good as bush!

Posted by fenner at 06:16 PM : Oct 04, 2008

Do you Republicans ever consider what it says of you and your Party when you continually have to resort to lies?

I will enlighten you: It says that you are a failed Party of failure.

Obama is ahead in 8 states that were easily won by Bush in 2004. Could it be that McCAIN is a weaker candidate than Bush? Of Course he is. He came second to Bush in 2000. Do we really want a President who is second to the worst president in history?

I doubt that Democratic "surprises" will kill nearly as many Americans as Republicans lies have and are.

McCAIN just dropped in the polls in two more battleground states. He now only leads in one, by 1.7% and by Tuesday he will be behind there.

WHERE WERE YOU WHEN MCCAIN ASKED FOR A CLOSER LOOK INTO FANNIEMAE AND FREDDIEMAC??????

why will these democrats always wait until their back''s up against the wall and they are squeezed like an orange before listening to the words of wisdom?

Posted by fenner at 06:08 PM : Oct 04, 2008

Why do you continually lie by omission?

Why don''t you tell the TRUTH: Republicans had absolute control of the House and the Senate, and so the only votes that mattered were REPUBLICAN votes.

It was his fellow REPUBLICANS who blocked McCain''s grab at political showmanship when the GAO accounting office told the entire WORLD that Freddie and Fannie had issues.

Try another tactic, fenner. Fear-mongering and conspiracy theories are too stale even for Republican use.

You must really think the FBI and CIA - even with the almost limitless powers the Patriot Act gives them - are totally inept.

You would have us beleive that Rezko is an Iranian mole, simply because he was born in the Middle East?

If that is your sole criteria, then I presume you believe that we should lock up or deport everybody who was not born in the U.S.?

No one in the Senate knows less about the ecomomy than McCAIN. Try to find one Senator that said three dozen times, including only two weeks ago that our economy is "fundamentally sound".
