Former Backer Says V.P. Nominee Is "Out Of Her League," Should Quit Ticket For Good Of GOP
- The columnist is right. If John McCain has any chance of salvaging his campaign then he needs to get rid of Pain ASAP. She is in way over her head and not prepared for politics at the national level.

- Republicans shouldve went with Huckabee.

- McCain should immediately dump Palin, apologize to the GOP, American people, and pick someone like Mitt Romney, or Mike Huckabee.
If that is not palatable for McCain, he should resign and ask someone like Ted Stevens to take over his candidacy, with Newt Gingrich as his VP. - Reply to this comment
- To me, McCain was out of his mind in choosing Palin.
He wanted to get the support of the right wing of his party, which he did initially, until they found out about Sarah''s disturbing ineptitude. Truly, can anyone sleep well at night, if Palin, heaven forbid, ever becomes President? - Reply to this comment

The news media are luck vultures waiting to pick her bones dry. Welcome to the spotlight of American politics. I wish her luck but shame on whichever brainiac thought up the idea to add her to the ticket."

She can''t be terribly smart if she really thought she was the right person for the job. Where was her good, old fashioned common sense when she accepted McCain''s offer? Did her enormous ego overload her judgment?
And what does being "beautiful" have to do with being competent to govern? Absolutely nothing, in my book!
The "brainiac thought up the idea to add her to the ticket" was John McCain - you know: the "Country first" guy that put his country last by picking an unknown and inexperienced nobody as his running mate?
THAT John McCain is the "brainiac" you speak of.
That''s a very good name for him too... - Reply to this comment

- Palin is Falling. The Mute buttom on my TV remote is ready for the debate between Palin and Biden.
Please test the Mute buttom on your remotes. Highly recommended by this Conservative Columnist. - Reply to this comment
I find it funny that you would comment about Palin and her obvious lack of
experience for Vice President...when you support a man for President who has no
foriegn policy experience or economic experience to tackle the main issues of
this country which is a war in Iraq and a recession.
The comparison aside....Palin (like Obama) may have a clear vision of what they
want to accomplish in Washington but (like Obama) Palin needed 6-8 years of
experience in Washington before even being considered for a Vice Presidential
position.
John McCain....I suspect....chose Palin because this country has lost it''s mind.
He recognizes that experience (like Hillary Clinton) means less to this country
than someone who promises change (even if they have no real history of change).
He therefore selected an unqualified running mate to help offset the "glitz &
glamour" of an unqualified Presidential rival.
Had Barack had the balls to select Hillary for Vice President (a candidate that
probably actually got more popular votes than he did)....this wouldn''t even be a
race. As it stands...Barack lack of courage and leadership (wanting to be
surrounded by "yes" men and his disdain for the Clintons)...makes this election
a real election.
I view Barack as a joke. I view Palin as a joke. Neither one should be near the
White House for at least six year of Washington vetting.

- Yes, we look forward to seeing ''Palin in action''.
However, Palin will probably resign before the debate.
Real conservatives will lead the charge to have her removed, this is not about being ''liberal''.
Seriously, watch the videos and you will see her direct and current support for a very anti-American organization.
Will anyone on this list stand with Vogler and Alaska First?
Palin''s problems are much deeper than vacant interviews and continual lies that defy common sense.
Palin claims she did not support America hating sucessionist party ''Alaska First'' -- but, watch youtube to see her support speech at their convention. Todd Palin a member 1995-2002. She regularly attends their conventions...
Joe Vogler, founder of the AIP says in the video below, "The fires of Hell are glaciers compared to my hate for the American Government, and I won''''''''t be buried under their damned flag!" Listen for yourself...
Vogler was killed trying to obtain plastic explosives...
Tim McVeigh would be proud !!!

(I tested the links, but you have to cut and paste into your browser. Also, if part of the link wraps you have to add it. e.g. if the 8 is on the next line.)
Of course, she knows what these people want and how they operate.
Her support is very direct and strong. Listen for yourself...

LOL! We''ve ALREADY seen her in action!
That''s exactly why the article above was written - by a "Conservative Columnist" no less, in a deeply Conservative publication, saying Palin should resign or drop out NOW.
The NRO is about as right-wing as you can possibly get, and even THEY want to see her gone before she embarrasses their party any further.
Biden, who has even more foreign policy experience than McCain has, and a longer tenure in the US Senate, is going to absolutely cremate Palin. It''s like a Heavyweight taking on a Featherweight - no contest at all.
Palin lovers better stock up on Kleenex before October 2nd, I think. It''s going to be a truly devastating day for Palin.
I almost feel sorry for her - but if her ego wasn''t as big as Alaska, she''d have declined McCain''s crazy offer - so she has nobody to blame but herself.- Reply to this comment

If it is like all the other surprises McCain has come up with in this election, it can only hurt him and make him seem more lost. Practically every trick he has tried so far has backfired and the claims he has made have proven to be either partially or totally false. His tricks are not even good ones, everyone sees right through them and he seems even more like a doddering old fool. McCain needs for, once in his career, play it straight and honest and quit trying to deal from the bottom of the deck. We know he is a gambler and a maverick , but there comes a time to fold on the cheap tricks. - Reply to this comment

- Couric: I''''m just going to ask you one more time - not to belabor the point. Specific examples in his 26 years of pushing for more regulation.
Palin: I''''ll try to find you some and I''''ll bring them to you.
She messed up right there. If she clams that John Wayne Mcsame is a "Reformer" then why does she have to "try to find you some". Remember that key word "Try" - Reply to this comment
- If you think all those women who like her are going to take this lightly, you are nuts. Whatever McCain does it will hurt him. The worst part is it shows he had poor judgement from the get go.

- I am sorry to say didn''t vote for Bill Clinton the first time he ran, I though he was too inexperienced, and he turned out to be excellent. Since then I can see what sore losers the republicans are. They were so petty trying to destroy Clinton using the taxpayers money oh so casually to do it. Some people still hate Hillary, but they can''t even remember why. I know, it''s the job the republicans did on the Clintons. The republicans think they own this company, er country. They are like the FIRM. Bill Clinton beat daddy, and the real reason we went to war was Sudam insulted daddy, it was planned all along. The Bush family has dragged this country down and mccain will continue where they left off. I am shocked at mccain, has he no more love for his country than to pull the crazy stunts: Choosing Palen, Lying in TV ads,Zooming into Washington this week to create chaos, Trying to delay debates, etc. I love the Clintons and supported Hillary, and now I am voting for Obama who I hope is our next President.

Oh, I wouldn''t miss it for the world. I''d actually pay for the privilege to see it on Pay-Per-View, if I had to - I''m sure it''s going to be that good.
Biden is going to ''ground and pound'' the poor, clueless hockey mom, and we all get to watch her get taught a lesson she''ll never forget.
It''s going to clinch this election for Obama.
I''ll bet the Biden-Palin debate gets even more viewers than the first debate did.
Palin is soooo screwed.- Reply to this comment

No, sir. YOU are exactly what''s wrong with America... good little robatrons fed toxic juices by faux news and beyond all reason, believing it as if it was God''s word brought down to earth on a silver platter just for you. Dude, you don''t know God, unless your God is a god of hate and intolerance... and then that wouldn''t be God at all, would it? Your problems are not my problems, bro... I don''t give a s**t about your stunted growth, although I am concerned that you might be infecting impressionable minds with your poison if you really are a professah. You and your despicable ilk has left America the laughing stock of the world. Derided as the greatest evil of the world today by the vast majority of it''s inhabitants (the Great Satan, does that sound familiar?). I''ve taken that oath many times in my life... and killed people because of it. At best, you talk only theory to me... I''ve been there and done that little boy. You''re too willing to sacrifice others for your cause. Why don''t you put up or shut up and volunteer to go to war and chance leaving your kids fatherless, I''m sure your sacrifice will go unnoticed as have the other 4000+ deaths have been. What a great neoconazi you are... what a great example of cowardice. - Reply to this comment
