Before I go, I wanted to mention that I''m going to contact my local police department and ask what their policy is for an officer that tazers a kid. I would like to know their policy, is it a "five day suspension" or is it "firing" of the officer who utilized a department supplied weapon? I would hope that any officer that used a "police weapon" on a kid that is not involved in a crime should be fired instantly according to department rules. It makes sense to me. Cops have alot of power and weapons to back them up in dangerous situations, tazering a kid sounds like "whackjob" material to me and he should have been fired instantly. Why waste taxpayer dollars on such a no-brainer?

McCain/Failing ticket is a vote for more of Bush economics, more of Bush foreign policy ("The Bush Doctrine"), and more Bush ethics of denial, secrecy, and lack of accountability. Expect more Enrons, bailouts, and increased debt to China. Long gone will be the days when Bill Clinton created a surplus for the government. Heck, McCain brings a VP nominee already embroiled in investigation for abuse of power. His solution is to berate the investigative process, which was started before she was picked to be his nominee. Sarah Failin has learned all she needs to know, can you say EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE? What a Crockpot of fecal matter!

It''''s really about a difference in philosophy. The republicans have it backwards! They insist on de-regulating business while regulating individual%u2019s bedrooms, women%u2019s uterus%u2019s, as well as all civil liberties. On the other hand, democrats regulate business (so that we don%u2019t have to bail out AIG%u2019s at taxpayer expense%u2026don%u2019t have ENRON%u2019s) while protecting individual civil liberties! Democrats are for CHOICE in all matters; whereas, republicans are for more torture - Abu Ghraib - Guantanamo - killing - Lying - slander - Denial lack of accountability - SPIN baby SPIN! McCain/Failing for more pork barrel pigs in lipstick!

White privilege is when you can attend four different colleges in six years like Sarah Palin did (one of which you basically failed out of, then returned to after making up some coursework at a community college), and no one questions your intelligence or commitment to achievement, whereas a person of color who did this would be viewed as unfit for college, and probably someone who only got in in the first place because of affirmative action.

White privilege is being able to be a gun enthusiast and not make people immediately scared of you. White privilege is being able to have a husband who was a member of an extremist political party that wants your state to secede from the Union, and whose motto was "Alaska first," and no one questions your patriotism or that of your family

"I don''t know why they''re trying to paint this [legislative investigation] as a Democratic partisan attack," said state Sen. Wielechowski. "The thing I constantly remind people of is: Democrats didn''''''''t push this. You know who pushed it? It was the Republicans. This is the thing people conveniently forget now. There were no Democrats out there screaming for an investigation."

The House Judiciary Committee vote to endorse the issuance of the subpoenas included five Republicans and two Democrats.

Ms. PALIN fits in well with McCAINS politics of deception / politics of distractions
Posted by indevoter

No, that''s what you''re all about. Distractions and deceptions are the mainstay of your posts. Nobody with a brain cares about the "bridge to nowhere" or "Troopergate", these are issues libs use to make mountains out of molehills. Oh, let''s not forget "what a V.P. does" joke as an important issue as well. Pretty lame lib talking points, distractions and deceptions to try and cover up the actual "success" of Sarah Palin as a "very" popular Govenor.

McCAIN can answer what the VP job is. According to McCAIN "the job of the Vice President is to inquire on the health of the President and attend the funerals of third world dictators".

Actually, that statement is pretty funny and close to the mark. It''s interesting that you totally missed the joke and took that statement seriously.

As for that VP talk all the time, I''''ll tell you, I still can''''t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day?" Sarah Palin, interview with CNBC''''s "Kudlow & Co", July 2008

I hope you are not trying to include yourself in that statement. When McCAIN BOMB, BOMB, BOMB; BOMB, BOMB, BOMBS IRAN, why don''''t you join him. 4-more years; 4-more years; 4-more years of the worst leadership in US history.

I certainly do include myself in that group, and I don''t include you in it, WHINER!

Even your Obscammer won''t take bomb bomb Iran off the table, even AFTER he claimed it wasn''t a big THREAT! And can''t seem to make up his mind what the HELL he would do about it!

indevoter - Please, take a deep breath, have a joint with your empty suit, have your mommy tuck you in. Then wake up fresh, and back a winner!

Palin had 60,000 at her talk on Sunday, sure are a lot of people that think the next VP is a winner! Stop whining democoms and back a winner.

Oh, and you mis-spelled whiner. As in "PALEN is a whiner. As in "America has become a bunch of whiners", McCAIN''''s economic advisor, Phil Graham.
