McCain wasn''t wearing a flag lapel pin today when he went to Ground Zero. That makes him not only unpatriotic, but suspect in other ways as well. Perhaps he''s a secret Panamanian!

UBREW - Forget Obama and McCain for a minute. I''d LOVE to get Joe Lieberman in front of a TV camera and ask him to tell us which country he feels is more important: The US or Israel.

He is a citizen of both countries, votes in both countries, and travels between both countries. He was a Democrat when the Clintons were friendly to Israel, but has switched parties in time to Campaign for McCain, who is more pro-Israel than Obama. Lieberman has zero chance of being re-elected in the US after turning on his party. He''d have a good chance of getting elected in Israel after this election, though.

So let me get this straight. McCain goes to Pennsylvania to be with the families of Flight 93 and Obama goes to be with Bill Clinton. This guy just doesn''''t get it. He can''''t take one day off to do the right thing.

Americans have such short memories they don''t seem to recall that Al-Qaida didn''t really attack Americans until we opened those bases in Saudi Arabia during the 1992 Gulf War. And then, they and many OTHER muslim extremists warned us repeatedly where THAT would lead, and the first attempt to bomb the World Trade Center was just a YEAR later. They''ve consistently held to the same line: get out of the birthplace of Muhammed, and didn''t let UP on the attacks until Bush Jr complied!

Of course, I approve of Bush''s war on terror: that part of it that''s targetted actual AL-QAIDA: on the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The rest of it, all $2 trillion and counting (and 4000+ body bags)? Thats about oil.

Someone saw the perfect opportunity to hijack American fear and rage after 9-11, and turn it into a bid for oil hegemony (and NO, I don''t mean American oil hegemony: that''s how compromised the neocons are, the guys pulling the strings aren''t even American, I''ll bet).

Ask yourself why Bush is such a good friend the royal family of Saudi Arabia even though they attacked us. Ask yourself why he calls Saudi Arabia a "partner in the war on terror" even though Saudi schoolchildren are taught to kill Americans. Ask yourself why Bush agreed to pull ALL our troops out of Saudi Arabia when Bin Laden asked him to. Ask yourself why Bush continues to sell our most advanced weapons to Saudi Arabia.

Now ask yourself why McCain worked so hard to support Bush''s policies, including his policy of torture. Ask yourself why McCain won''t even appear in the same room as a VIDEO of Bush. McCain preaches change, but the only thing he is willing to change, are all his opinions about abortion, amnesty, imperialism, and torture.

15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi. The government funded schools in Saudi Arabia teach kids that the surest way to go to heaven is to kill a Jew or an American. After 9/11, Bush invited Prince Abdullah to Crawford. Abdullah became king shortly afterward when his dad died.

Bin Laden made but one demand of the United States after 9/11. He said that the US needed to pull ALL personnel out of Saudi Arabia. Bush immediately complied. Saudi Arabia has since asked that we supply them with billions of dollars in weapons. Bush got the request through the Republican controlled congress easily.

Compare that to Obama''s relationship with Reverend Wright and get back to me.

Now Ray has a no-bid contract to exploit oil from Northern Iraq. He''s not even doing it through the Iraqi government, which Bush wants companies to do, he''s gone around them through the Kurds for higher profits. The gov''t will let him do it cuz he''s a Bush man.

Bush says the high cost of oil is a matter of ordinary Americans ''putting food on the table''. The truth? Its about texas billionaires advising him to invade Iraq and then reaping the profits from his doing so, while other Americans try on their new arms and legs.

Iraq is about oil.

Al-Qaida''s purpose for 30 years has been to lop off the secular heads of Arab states, and replace them with religious heads. This is in all their statements, and is revealed in their actions. Who was Saddam Hussein? He was the secular head of an Arab state! With Al-Qaida painting a bullseye on his forehead, why would he befriend them? His fellow Baathist, Hassan, in Syria KILLED 30,000 muslim extremists when they got too ''uppity'', and Hosni Mubarak of Egypt has done likewise. The rulers of Saudi Arabia certainly ACT religious, but they aren''t religious enough for Al-Qaida.

Admit it: Al-Qaida are religious terrorists, and Hussein was a SECULAR leader, not Sunni or Shiite, and certainly not Wahabbist.

Saddams support of Palestinian terrorists was good publicity, thats all.

Reputable counter-terrorism experts reveal what a casual reading of what the relationship between Hussein and Al-Qaida SHOULD have been (they should have been at each other''s necks), does in fact reveal: taking him out HELPED Al-Qaida, as THEY THEMSELVES SAID after his capture and hanging.

Iraq is about oil. Admit it.
