It is a shame that many are voting for Obama because he has dark skin.Thy think he would be the first black President.Obama is not a black man and never will be.Ask Jesse Jackson.

And you are black on the inside---just ask God.

I respect human life but find no sanctity in it. I would favor conditions that would make life easier for the greatest number of people. I find no reason to equate a fetus with a woman''''s life. To me the woman''''s life is much more important. For that matter, I would favor a man''''s life too over a fetus but this hasn''''t been an issue.

Does being male have something to do with this? Frankly I rever the lives of my children...I would give my own life for them...and I would stand between anybody to protect them...and to me they are gifts of perfection that certainly I sanctify with my responsibility for them! MY actions created them!

To chunk a baby in the garbage just because it is INCONVENIENT is abhorrent! No matter how they came to be there!

You obviously just do not value human life.

Just call it Pro-Abortion, because Life is not one of the choices that pro-choice covers.....anyway, don''''t forget to vote for John McCain/Palin in November and take care
Posted by Minuteman-5 at 02:52 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Pro-choice is pro-life but the focus is on the woman, not on the fetus. We are all pro-life. I haven''t met anyone yet who isn''t.

Bush said the constitution is nothing but a piece of paper and the Patriot Act, whether you know it or not, has removed a lot of your rights my friend .Right under your nose my friend

I haven''t lost a right one, Sir. And your Obama fully supported the FISA bill when it came up, in fact FORCED the democraps to let it pass! DON''T YOU EVEN TALK TO ME ABOUT THE PATRIOT ACT!

Why are you afraid it? Any numb nut with $24 and your name and/or phone number can find anything they want to about you! And the government isn''t even involved in it!

I don''t have any telephone conversations that need to be hidden from anybody! Frankly, I am a telecom and I have to the ability to listen in to any conversations that run through it? But why would I? I could care less about what you are talking about!

C''''''''mon people THINK! Don''''''''t let the government do your thinking for you!
Posted by OBungler at 02:46 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Hey, we have something in common, I think. I wouldn''''t want the government doing my thinking or telling me what to think. But I want the government to work. The government has a mission and it is entrusted with taxpayer money to fulfill it. One of the things I would want is affordable health care. Many countries in the world have it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by jon2012 at 02:53 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Yes, they do, how much of your own money are you willing to give up to get it? And how much are you willing to pay for all those that won''t work and help support it, once more of them get it free?

You see I don''t trust my government, no matter who is in it. Once you allow your government control of that money...as far as I''m concerned, you''ve lost! And you will have NO CONTROL over how much they tax you for it!

I forgot Mc Bush wants to remove social security he thinks it is a welfare program

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by starleo14672 at 02:45 PM : Sep 06, 2008

No, he isn''t. He''s just trying to find better ways to fund it. Right now the government keeps borrowing from it...and it''s BROKE! I haven''t explored privitizing it by individuals yet, but I will...but I can certainly see that it could be protected from government bureaucrats by funding it another way.

I absolutely believe that because I think I''m one of these persons. But I''m putting ahead a woman''s life ahead of a fetus while you have it backwards.

I never voted for Bush all the FOUR times I had to vote for him. I threw my votes away on Gore and Kerry. I knew Bush was incompetent. I live in Texas...his business failures are notorious!

And I haven''''t lost one of my rights my whole adult life! This is the US of America...my rights are protected under the Constitution.

you know I agree with this see we are not that far off. I could tell, but lets face it you will not be going in the right direction if you give these radicals the right to take the rest of your rights away, you gave Bush two chances when he didn''''t deserve one, change this country once and for all just give us a chance

Nobody is getting rid of Roe vs Wade, we just respect life and are pro-life, which covers a wide range of issues
Posted by Minuteman-5 at 02:41 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Most people respect life. I do. I''m pro-life in that sense. But to me, in case of competing claims, the mother''s life counts much more than one that not only is just beginning but that she bears the final responsibility to bring into the world.

If you approve of expensive health care, fine, you''''ve already got it. I don''''t. It indicates to me gross mismanagement and inefficiency.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by jon2012 at 02:34 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Actually what it means is these government sponsored clinics will just put another venue out there for medical charge scams to gig the government. And allows MORE mismanagement!

When are you going to ask people to be responsible for themselves and account for themselves?

I don''t need the government thinking for me. I shop the insurance market and find a premium I am comfortable with to meet my needs. It has a high deduction, but this gives me an opportunity not to pay so high a rate, and use what I would pay in premiums at my own discretion! Some years I have very little medical expense and save a lot of money. And in event of catastropical medical needs, I''m covered.

C''mon people THINK! Don''t let the government do your thinking for you!

Actually I''''ve been a liberal all my life and still am...but I''''m not stupid and see reality very well.

I am and have alway been for giving a hand up and helping people in need. I don''''t think my government needs to be involved in it, or pay for it. And I especially don''''t believe in my government paying for handouts to those that won''''t work!

I think our government can help us take care of the elderly and disabled, yes, absolutely!

You''''''''re wrong it''''''''s not an important issue to me at all. considering I''''''''m not religious person or a christian. But look, Roe v. Wade has divided this country for thirty years and even I can see that there is some moral compass that a society must take regarding sanctity of life.
Posted by standlee5 at 02:29 PM : Sep

You are religious. Otherwise, what would you know about sanctity of life? Outside of religion, what other context can put ''sanctity of life'' in?

I''ve always thought the abortion issue would disappear if science would develop a safe effective male contraceptive. With DNA testing paternity you''d think men would be all over the idea.

only uneducated people as yourself would post a comment like this because if a 14 year old girl gets rape by her father or brother. tell me how is she going to get her hands on the morning after pill which is by the way "is a distinct from medical abortion method" (webmd) you azzclown google and check your facts before you talk out of your azz. i though life began at conception? now your saying its the morning after lol contradicting neo con artists with there backwards reasoning at it again

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by ukgod1 at 02:31 PM : Sep 06, 2008

Ummmmm, no, it''s not abortion at all. There is no baby to abort.

She gets her hands on it by being educated to the fact that it''s there for her. And it''s free at most clinics...the clinic doesn''t even have to report it unless she wants to file charges.

Frankly if it was up to me, I''d just abort the father or brother the easy way, with a Smith & Wesson.
