Have ye forgotten why girls got their periods..Ye think just cos they go to church they won''t..yes they do..So I was visiting Mum and out of the blue she asked me in 78 what wrong with Laurie..I asked Mum has Laurie gotten her period yet and had ye talked to her and got the things needed, No was her answer..I was floored..I told Mum she will and yep..She was lucky I carry that stuff and gave her some..And the fact is Madam yer Gov and maybe VP. I am for the girls getting grad from high school, 17 is not an adult. I am glad I don''t live in AK and yes birth control /sexx ed.should be taught.

I think *** education DOES help, and condoms DO help -- they''re just not enough alone. And, parents can only do so much. Teen pregnancy happens.

I''m just glad that teens now have the option to have an abortion. They have a choice now but if McCain is elected, it seems certain they will lose that choice.

I am pro-choice, pro-***-education and pro-teen parents'' assistance programs. These are three of the reasons I support Obama.

The US Constitution gives the Federal Government a list of 17 or 18 things to do, in Article I section 8, and nowhere does it say they are to babysit people''s kids; or take any part in their education; about anything; let alone s.e.x education.

The Presidential duties don''t include anything like that either; and by inference that would include instructing the Vice President either; and the daughter is not going to be any part of the government; so it isn''t any of their business.

Besides, under President William Jefferson Clinton, we learned that none of that sort of thing is any of our business either.

Doesn''t CBS have any news to be gathering like what category this whole string of Hurricanes in gestation is going to produce ?

NOW DIDN''T SHE SAY SHE CELEBRATED HER 20TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY DATE ON AUGUST 29TH SINCE SHE GOT MARRIED IN 1988????....AND HASN''T THE REPUBLICAN FAMILY VALUES INFORMATION SHEET BRAGGED ABOUT TRACK PALIN, HER OLDEST SON TURNING 19 LAST APRIL 20, 2008??? Wasn''t he was born April 20, 1989 then????....So if we do the math, I guess my Dad WAS right, the first kid CAN come anytime; it takes NINE months for the second one!!!....So again, it looks like even Palin''s Mom might have been mistating the PUBLIC reason for the "elopement" when Sarah got married....It may not have been the magnanimous reason to save the excessive "White Wedding" cost for her parents like she said, but rather the oldest of reasons in the world for MOST elopements....THE BUN WAS IN THE OVEN?????....Now mind you, there is nothing WRONG with this real life scenario.....LIFE HAPPENS....AND LIFE IS NOT A MISTAKE.....But when you stand up and say ABSTINENCE EDUCATION is the ONLY s.e.x. education that works and the only kind you want for your kids and everyone else....when you know it didn''t work for YOU---That my friends, IS HYPOCRISY!!!
